ADR is the average daily range, so basically how much the pair moves in the day.

The higher the number, the more it has moved, and therefore your profit/losses will be higher.

The lower the number, the less the pair moves, and your profits/losses will be lower.

Does that make sense?

basically MK - wat i do is set the SL@50pips as emergency only - Phx62 has commented on this repeatedly in his studies as well - if the trade is not working then get out and except the loss - be confident that you can make double or more than your loss - dont do silly things [no SL, repeatedly buy into losing trade etc] cause they will cost you your account

Davit thanks for pointing this out, in fact CAD was very weak, I choosed the wrong pairs to trade.
