yes I,m from the uk

Its not in my bank yet

but the email says I have received 55% distributions from kpmg although I chose FSCS

FSCS has also told me I am on their list to be paid this week so am confused a bit now

Weird. This whole thing has just been a disorganised, scheming mess.

Ignore that email, it is just an update from Leaprate. If you haven't chosen to be paid by kpmg then it doesn't concern you. Hopefully we will be paid by FSCS before month end.
hahahahhaaa very disappointed.
KPMG is maybe just a big name, not a big performance. They work too slow and ............
In the latest update, it says:
Clients who have formally assigned their claim to FSCS, and who have been accepted by FSCS for compensation payments, will not receive the First Client Money Distribution.

On FSCS website it says:

Clients of Alpari will be able to confirm whether they wish to make a claim with FSCS via the Alpari claims portal.
Where the client is a single private investor, the client will be able to agree to FSCSs payment and assignment terms alongside the process of agreeing their claim with the joint special administrators. Once confirmed, and once the joint special administrators have agreed the amount due to the client, the FSCS will make a compensation payment direct to the clients nominated bank account or directly to their ETX Capital account if the client so chooses. In these cases, the client will not be required to complete any further FSCS paperwork.

I don't think a client who have choose to assign claim to FSCS in the claim poratal should be paid by KPMG, except "Clients who have not formally assigned their claim to FSCS, or who have not been accepted by FSCS for compensation payments".

Not sure about that to be honest it's not the leap rare update I have read that it contains the amount I'm getting and my bank details
The FSCS sure is frugal with information.

Update guys...

Called FSCS, confirmed i am on the 2nd batch and to expect payment tomorrow or early next week.

I was a day or so late in confirming my balance so im assuming if you confirmed your balance then you would be on the 2nd batch too.

at what day you confirmed your balance?
i would say 40 hours after the claims portal was made available "again" after ETX became involved.

i was definitely in no rush to complete the form.

i wanted to know if ETX was worth it...

I confirmed as soon as I could. Not sure how long. I'm just worried that there may be more than 2 batches. After all "tranche" implies slice not half.

Well - seems you will get money twice - 155% of your account may be !! Keep hold of it.

Could not agree more! Expensive unbelievable chaos is another description.
So to re-itearte my previous post - Is anyone else in the same situation as me - no access, no emails, no nothing? Or was like me before ?? If yes - did you call them, did anything change? Should we take some action... I am in UK, not in Zimbabwe , should be easy to return my money...

Now I am again pissed. Actually that's why I am asking here - is anybody treated as bad as me , can we get together, make a lot of complaining, claim damages, lost profits, etc. ???

They are if you want to avoid exchange rates or bank charges taking away from your money due. Though I don't know how smooth their withdrawal process is

What's ironic is that from the outset of all this, KPMG advised to choose the FSCS route because that would be the far faster option for payout. Well true for some, but as ssnetwork shows its not the case for the 2nd tranchers.

Yes pretty strange I chose FSCS from the start I have received 55% from kpmg so am assuming FSCS will pay the other 45% this week as they said I am on their list.
