STC seems like a decent indicator, especially for scalping. With an appropriate SL you win more than you lose at the end of the day

You should set the timeframe of the STC to H4 in order to use on the H1 Chart ... It's like showing the H4 trend in H1 chart.

Has anyone got an example of the calculation for the Schaff Trend Cycle - I have seen lots of stuff on the web which shows the formulae for the calcs but they have used pronumerals for numbers without clear explanation of these numbers involving MACD histogram values and PF.s and PFFs. I have tried but cannot replicate the same STC values or anything that looks like they might be right - what I need is an example step by step calc that shows what the number is in the formula and where it came from - can anyone help?
