Can Anybody translate Schaff Trend Cycle Code into Metatrader

Doug Schaff just release Schaff Trend Cycle for free. But his code in EasyLanguage (for TradeStation)

I'm just wondering can you guys/ gals change it into Metatrader Indicator.
