hi, i couldn't try this one. i have been searching for a divergence ea for some time but i couldn't find one. i compiled it without any touch but, what do you mean by "set timeframe to 0"? do i need to edit the code?

it's not an EA , it's an indicator, when you drag it to your chart you will have the option to change inputs , thats where you set timeframe to zero

maybe not a million (obviously hes just trying to get a point across), but 10s of thousands, for sure.

it can be done with less than 10s of thousands though.

im talking about people with less than 10k in capital to risk, those with more can make a million in 100s of trades or less.

even though it's theoretically possible to turn $100 into $1 million in 200 trades (about 4 trades a week for 1 year), if you can yield 5% a day (requires very high leverage or A LOT of scalps to make A LOT of pips, using only medium leverage), then it can be done in 1 year.

With 2% a day, takes 2-3 years (depending on taxes)

Im fairly new to the buisness, your strategie sounds very interesting! Could you tell me where i can read up to it so i can also 8/10 winning trade ratio. I tried different things and nothing seems to really work. How do you entries and exits, do you just use Support and resistance?

Are you still using this strategy? I have been trying it with no luck on M1 and M5 TF lots more losers than winners.

Wow, this is such an old thread. I remember when I only had a few thousand to play with. Now I profit $1000+ in a day quite consistently. Haven't hit $1million yet but I am over $150,000. Stick with it!!!



The only reason anyone would ever fail as a trader:


a) not working hard enough, not enough perseverance
(try trading for 3-5 years, 60 hours a week before you give up)

b) you don't love trading (if you don't enjoy it, you will never succeed)
Be hopeful in a winning position, and fearful in a losing position.

i Agree Sir, I have been preparing for nearly 3 years and my deadline is approaching to go live...settled in my style and ways, that would fit my personal life as well... I LUV Trading!

You said you trade in M5, or M15 but when you apply Stochastic-Divergence_mtf to your chart what do you set for option "timeframe", default=15 or 0? if you set different than 0, why?
