Technicals very much favour a buy. We are currently heading towards the upper resistance channel line of the 10 minute chart, a positive business sentiment and home loans release later at 02.30 could fuel a breakout from that channel and on towards 7680 which is what I favour. I am currently long from 7630.

Take note that the dollar is currently taking a breather which, given obamahs comments that the dollar is too strong, could last longer than you think and drop below correction levels against the yen

So the 10 minute downtrend broken, i see a slow trickle down now to the 7650 mark ready for further gains upon business sentiment and home loans release

Short on AUD, expect jaw bonning by RBA tmr. China's data which Aus is dependent on is bad.

AUDUSD is likely to re-test 0.7600; however, there is little downside beyond that break, only till 0.7530.

Agreed Anil. The USD is causing havoc with all the rate hike talk. It's all smoke. At least the first 2 increases of the Fed seem to be already priced in.
