Thank you for your reply. I thought it was from my side as mt4 was lagging but tried later when it came back up and had the same issue still.

Hi all
i had account with exness before couple of years i used to fund with small amount and study market and make profit then lose it i never cared .i lost the details of the account old one
they said to open a new one i tried and never agreed i sent any document they needed they refuse i think they dont want you to make money i also have a friend that they have closed his account when he was profiting
i am now with roboforex and fxpro i think roboforex is good i never tried to withdraw form fxpro yet
beware of this Russian scam and there friend flex in forexpeace army

i have no idea why they dont accept scanned documents ? they ask me take photo of my ID on my hand ... it is weird

so have no change to test their service, but i think it's crappy.

actually taking a photo if your doc. is not too tough requirement...

In reply to your comment I'd like to say that for security reasons in EXNESS LIMITED we do accept only photographs of the clients' documents.

Hi everyone

I trade live with Exness. And i can say it's one of the best brokers out there. Some freezing issues or connecting problems but i notice that was technical problems and less 5-10% from the server.
The terminal MT4 is not power program and have some issues. If you open many charts all the indicators or EA's must read all the past of your historical data in microseconts. From time to time must total clean the file. The setting of max bars must be less to 65000 (personal 1000 in 1H chart). If some one use you wifi ex. kids that eat kill from transfer power of data and make the internet poor (personal 30Mbps with mobil stick). Think every one famous sites why freezing (me i notice that with power pc -7.4 points from max 7.9 in microsoft) the facebook or youtube. Personal i have 4 cores pc with Nvidia GTX275 and 6G ram and SSD HDD and original windows 7X64(some of my tower computer) plus i try nothing power program running in background. That is general thinks to looking and have some others.
Deposit (rapid time) and withdraw (2-4 days for the moment).
Im in the market from '97 and in net market 5 ys. All the brokers have one or other way issues but must you see above the technical and the bank rules of your country or the rules of each broker company.

hi exness representative,

i'd like to ask question about reading the news section, in both ios and windows mt4 platform. why is that sometimes i can read the news article in news section and sometimes i can't?

when i can't, it just shows blank screen with subtitle on top like this.

is this broker related problem or the mt4's? i tried to relogin but the problem still remain.

Thank you for the question.

From my experience, some news come only in titles, such as in your screen shot. In such cases you are not supposed to see the full text of the news because there isn't any. In your example you just see one short sentence saying there is a talk in the market that something has caused EURUSD to rise. This is also considered news, and the piece in your screen shot is 100% correctly displayed.

However, if you see something like this 'EUR/USD driven higher by ', which basically is an incomplete news title, than that is a another problem which presumably has something to do with the news providers or individual server settings.

Please let me know if you see such cut news heading. We will help you address the problem.

I have been a client of Exness for about 1.5 years and still am.
Their accounts and spreads are good, customer support is responsive and has the answer to any question you may ask as a client.
Deposits and withdraws are fast, meta trader platform never freezes, requotes are very rare, etc.

Exness is nice and great all fields of trading , low spread and instant payouts. I never came across any problem except my own laptop issue with mt4,
but it is not offering trading in all the fields like avatraders . it is only for currency trading no other instrument

As far as the trading instruments are concerned, we offer CFDs on currency pairs, metals, and futures. They can all be found in our contract specifications.

I already have an Exness account, but I am looking to watch (or maybe trade) commodities like Oil, Cacoa, Palladium, etc

I just cannot find where are these pairs in MT4 ! I searched on google and found a list of all the supposed commodities offered by exness = http://www.photoshar.in/exness-commo...reenshot-01-26

How to see these??

Rockthe pips: I don't know if it's just that, but did you try a right click on your symbols' list and access "symbols" in the menu ? Maybe some products are just not selected.

Please go to MT4, right-click in the Market watch window to go to Symbols.

There you will find the oil (NYMEX folder, CLH6 instrument).

At the moment we do not provide cocoa for trading, and the palladium is in indicative mode only (Forex_Indicator folder, instruments XPTUSD and XPTUSDm).
