Other possibilities

First, try re-setting the db by right clicking to Expert Advisor/properties... open the setting then close again.
Did the column re-configure properly?
if not
then you probably need to run the 'force load history' script and update your history for the db to access.
Download the script here

Load the script to your scripts folder (in your MQL folder).
Close your terminal, re- open.
Find the force load history script and drag onto your ea chart... then be patient, it takes time.
You might have to re-set your ea once again... but the problem should correct itself.

I'm sorry, but still not working.
I see many indicators and EA show the "ggggg" symbols instead the background.
may bee I have missing fonts? [I have running on WinXP]

i'm not sure, i'm still not much for reading topic from u link.....
but, i'm use for average weekly for this (Pivot Weeky.....Level 38%/61%??)....as well we can use candle on TF H4 (minimal TF H1) i'm use for intraweek...
use TF H4,D1, W1 ----> look for zona Supply Demand.....i'm not sure if can built for Dash with logic, or math Supply Demand.....
Supply Demand comfortable to use in the analysis of the manual without indicator and manually create these zones ...

I am comfortable using Fibo in manual analysis.
Fibo base to use, for daily Fibo using TF M15 (open daily,, retrace / break --- >> Look (close London Yesterday) fibo level--- >> trend daily),
weekly Fibo TFM30 / TF H1 --- - >> weekly trend. if it is used using chart ...

Where are we suppose to put the files that you just posted for the heatmap DB? In files, scripts, expert???

With the new dashboard you have the option to use any or all of the triggers for trades on auto or for signals....

By default all triggers are set to false, so when you first load the EA the dash will be Green till you select your triggers.....

i am working on design, a design which force us to think in right direction, which keep us shows what we need to concentrate.

The purpose of these forums is to bounce ideas off each other and to share them. It is the ultimate in the freedom of expression and choice. There are many who work long hard hours to bring ideas to light, so that everyone can learn, understand, and comment on them. They do it freely and from their heart and soul. We have no power over them to compel them to share with us, but they do.

Everyone on this, and all forums, can easily and quickly open a demo account if they like and begin working with and testing any EA, System, or Indicator. Yes it does take time, BUT if you are trading a demo account TIME will be your investment. With time comes understanding as to what settings might be working and what settings don't work so well. Each is valuable in its own right. There is no PERFECT setting that will work each and every time. There will only be settings that are acceptable to the individual in terms of risk:reward.

With all of that being said, have FUN test the H@#$ out of the system for a month, and then come back a share your results with every one. Don't just test the same settings as everyone else is because they will report their findings, and if they are good GREAT you can test them yourself until you feel comfortable with them. However, the settings YOU could have been testing for the past month may have been TERRIFIC, and will go undiscovered.

The answers will come to those that SEEK them, and not necessarily to those that just ask for them.
