Disliked{quote} Please can you explain what you mean by the user fires buy or sell order and the EA takes care of the rest? do you mean the EA will be moving the stop losses as described in the strategy ? will the EA also open the subsequent buy or sell orders as price moves in its favor or we also have to fire buy or sell?Ignored
DislikedHi folks Just a thought here (and I know little to nothing about martingale) but, looking at techlovers results above, Would it not be wiser to place the largest position first? "Assuming" the initial position is placed correctly off a solid SR (either way), we all know the further price gets from that point the more likely it is to turn and return in that direction. So if techlovers first position was the largest, the profit would have been more when the last SL was hit .. no? The initial risk is more but if placed correctly, seems...Ignored
Disliked{quote} If first position is large what if it hits the SL , In trading no one can 100% predict the market so we will go with the small one first and if our prediction is right and market is going with our order so its time for us to book more profit In NEWS time i will put both buy and sell just 5 min before news , so one small order will hit SL and other will go , if the market moves atleast 100 pips we will having good profitIgnored
Disliked{quote} As I said the initial risk is more and yes, no one can predict "100%" which way the market would move. But we can find the most likely places price will bounce/turn. I'd be interested in testing an EA that worked placing the largest position first. Will this one here allow us to set that? Or is it automatically set to start small and go larger?Ignored

DislikedHello guys, where ever u see any Ea or strategy u will always find a martingale strategy , we know it is a good strategy for loosing money i am thinking why cant we try a reverse martingale strategy , here is my idea Assume that market in in buy trend so we took buy order Trade 1: 0.1 buy order opened if market went up 15 pips we moved SL of trade 1 to 10 pips we open another trade 0.2 Trade 2: 0.2 buy opened if market went 30 pips we moved SL of trade 1 &2 to 25 pips we opened another trade 0.4 Trade 3: 0.4 buy order opened if market went...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hi techlover, The concept is great. Although I agree with albchr on having the biggest order at the start, or at least having equal lot size for all orders in the chain. In fact I developed two EAs with similar concept in the Robot Lab (Ladder System, and, Anti Sucker), however they both use fixed size for all orders. My next step for the ladder system was to use Reducing Lot Size, and Increasing Step Size which can make it un-breakable. Thanks for sharing, Regards KhalilIgnored
