With UK election out of the way, investors can focus on GBP get back to business, Eur/Gbp should probably extend recent weakness below 0.7150.

Hello.

My contribution to this thread, from a fan of the EURGBP pair:

Saw a long at 0.7125 as a low risk, high potential reward trade. Took it, with stops very tight , 30 pips.

I believe the pair will go up, to take the previous highs where I have marked "Asia +LDN" (meaning the highs of 0.74826 were carved out during LDN and Asian sessions. NY was absent. This is unusual for major highs in the pair, for NY not to have "been there too". So I am betting they will be taken out, especially as the 0.7100s have been bought by all sessions recently.

EURGBP just managing to hold a multi-year daily closing low level support near 0.7060-50 area.
Looking at a break below 0.7050 level to confirm continuation of the down-trend initially towards 0.7000 mark and eventually towards 61.8% Fib. expansion level support near 0.6900 mark.

With the weakness in Pounds, Eur/Gbp immediate resistance can be found at 0.7250, if price break above which gains could be extended to 0.7282.

Volatility is so high - just blink and it's ready to go the other way.
EURGBP could well have completed correction [ii] and ready to resume downtrend on a wave [iii] of v.

Is there better R/R elsewhere than to sell at these price levels of EURGBP for a trending 3rd wave down, with stop loss at upper channel break?
Anyway, tomorrow will be a great day for this pair.

Hello skyhok. I love your EW analysis. I would even wait a little but more since I bet we will get even closer to the upper line since the european bonds still have a little bit more space to fall.
