DislikedRecently I noted loss of ticks in ICMarkets stream. It happened two or tree times every hour today. All of a sudden there are no quotes and 15-30 seconds late price jumps. What kind of trading possible with such quality of quotes?Ignored
DislikedThere is something new to me in ICMarket. I tried to open position several times and got an error. Could anyone tell me what does it mean and what should I do with it? Disliked{quote} IC Markets do not quote prices for 5minutes after NY closed. This is indeed a good practice to avoid bad quotes at rollover time. Orders get filled instantly in normal trading conditions.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Take a look at time stamp! 2:59 UTC-0 is 05:59 GMT or 22:59 EST! So!What kind of Reconciliation at 11pm EST you are doing?Ignored
Disliked{quote} Withdrawal process is simple. They charge $20 flat fee for withdrawal via bank wire swift transfer which takes 3 to 5 working days.Ignored
Disliked{quote} What about credit cards. How much you charge for withdrawals through credit cards? Thanks.Ignored
DislikedI am getting more and more negative on ICMarkets. Execution time is very poor. It is 350 to 600 ms, sometimes even more than a second. That is too much for me. And they do not monitor FF tread, unlike many brokers who value their customers. Its a shame that IB has to answer questions for them.Ignored
Disliked{quote} I would disagree with the above statement. Execution is extremely fast on both MT4 and Ctrader servers. We have a huge client-base and none of them complain about latency. Sometimes slippage occur during high impact news announcements but that is common with each and every broker and they can't control as the price date comes from their Liquidity providers.Ignored
