I'm going to wait until Monday, if by Monday I don't have an email at least confirming that I am eligible for a claim then I will ring or email.

Check your emails again... The confirmation email may be already sent to you.
Mass emails like this may delay several days though.

called etx yesterday.
they said first tranche is over
second will be there by 1 june
i think their withdrawals sucks big time
their site is not clear
cant see your balance on the web site
cant add any details on your destination bank details
i just pray they are not thieves
cant take it any more

Yes, I have checked the emails many times (including spam mail folder). I am sure there is no confirmation email. Maybe I am in the second tranche because I have never withdraw money from Alpari UK so the bank account information is new.

I deposited with ETX 1k

xglobalmarkets : 500€

And now i'm trying to deposit in the only one real ECN in uk FCA regulated is Alfatrade but a lot of problems and issues when trying to open an account...support really disorganized...server seem really good and fast. But website is full of bug and support not so helpful. Maybe cause they are new....however i think i will not open with them even if they are FCA protected. When website is full of bug and support doesn't help seriously at all you lost all trust at the first point.

I'm searching for a new one...i trade news..so i need super fast server with order and no slippage. Let's see maybe exness my next one even if not FCA. Im really disappointing with alfatrade. They made all regulation all perfect with the rules but the lost theirself in stupid things.

I am wih ActivTrades since 24.1., since alpari went down.
No problems with them at all.
