We are talking about less than 300 GBP. This case have nothing in common with CHF positions. My last activity with this broker was in early 2009. I was making experiments with different brokers and I think that I was trading with them only for a month. Maybe the reason for a negative balance was a late margin call, but I can not exactly remember and I do not have any statements left from this period. Alpari UK never asked me for these money.

The compensation will be surely in end of May cause Fscs can take after few days money from Kpmg hoping Max 20 days more.

Is there anybody who still did not get any kpmg invitation email to the claim portail ?
And also still has no access to the portail claim even if you try to log in by yourself ?

Because I am one of those people...I have positive end balance and I did have trades on 15.1. all kind of them, chf also.

When I log in, it says "The Joint Special Administrators have not yet finalised your account balance(s). You will receive an email when you are able to access the Claims Portal."

Anyone ?

This could be the reason.
Last, KPMG admitted that some Alpari UK clients still have not been granted access to the Client Portal. KPMG did not give a reason, just that they hope to resolve the issue soon. From where we stand it seems like a technical glitch on KPMG’s part, and not related to whether or not a client had outstanding trades on January 15, CHF related or otherwise.

Yes it was something like that...
They also said once that all clients with no trades at all were granted access on portail and that was not true, because many of them have to wait 2,3 weeks later...so the history repeats itsself

Thx 4 knowing me not to be alone in this...

I'm sorry for you tayette i hope they will fix this mess within 31 may for be in the first tranche payment/compensation.

yeah me too...we just have to wait man...hope everything goes fine for all of us...did you have a currenex account or an mt4 one? i had a currenex account and i was thinking that maybe the problem is with the currenex accounts...anyway hang in there...goodluck

FSCS balance secures your day January 19. If the EURUSD up or down does not matter, and if KPMG or whoever pays less, put a claim and FSCS has to take charge.

FSCS pays in dollars...and my bank exchange automatically at the day rate when they will send my money USD in EUR...i not have account in USD. So for this for me may change..and i can take a loss/profit.
