So to identify choppy market with AO you are looking at low 'volume bars' on the AO? :-)

usually yes and wait for breakout, or look at apbs and see HL LL HH HL all over the place with long wicks can tell too

Feeling rather humble after seeing your trades Ominisha, hats off to you to have this level of patience, shows the type of person you are.

O well here is another 41 pips, seems funny but my entire daily tally does not even match half of one of your trades.

Im not complaining though.
