I don't know why all this hatred towards me. you can make fun of me i'm not touchy at all.
If i bothered you i'm sorry was not my intention.
I just expressed my opinion about some questions in here. I don't wanna pass like someone than want have right all the time or stay above you, cause we are all on the same boat maybe i explained my answers in a wrong way. Anyway i hope all of you as me will receive their money back as soon as possible, cause this is the only important thing on this thread.

wahaha, certainly .... and the Pope is a woman. Winner will not post the whole day which any comments here. I do not care what this person claims to be. I only know that winners are not to brokers as Alpari, but at premium brokers with its terms. and I know that the "winner" of each GBP above 50000GBP lose about 20%. Winner is different.

Even though Neoxis is quite direct is his/her statements and could come across as rude and arrogant,he/she has
also regularly clarified peoples queries and engaged in meaningful discussion here which has been
beneficial. All I would say to neoxis is please you don't need to belittle anyone ,we are all in the same boat.
No need to boast about your a/c balance as it serves no good purpose.

Yes i guess you're right. As i said before maybe i explained bad some queries.

I only wanted say i was in contact with a headchef of ETX capital so not a normal customer service operator.

Maybe i'm not the only one who has contacted by this person and yeah surely he may say to me bullshits and lie to me.

I just reported what he told to me. After said that. You can believe it or not. I only wanted report in here and i explained in my opinion and i repeat in my opinion (cause i may wrong im not perfect) but i think a company who has paid a lot of millions for have clients funds...i guess they know already the date when fscs starting pay them (us).

Maybe i've explained with some arrogance what i wanted mean and yeah i was wrong on this.

Said that i repeat again. You can believe it or not for me is indifferent. i'm just here for share info with you guys for the unique purpose to have the most possible informations about ours funds. Cause this is the main point in this forum. For the rest guys you can think what you prefer about me. It's your opinion and i will respect it.

That maybe true for IG-Markets, but that's only one side of the coin. The other side is that there where requotes from brokers like Saxo-bank. First the stoploss was triggered at 1.17 and was requoted in the evening with 0.96. And they also don't pay the winners using some lame excuses. This is why I never will open an account at a market-maker (again). Anyhow, it's their own fault.
Besides, I don't think this was a 40-year-occurence. I think these events will become more and more recent.
I lowered my leverage from 1:10 to 1:5 for the moment.

The only thing we can do in the moment is to wait till mid of May and see what will happen. And the most important is to be transparent and respectful towards each others.. and be one entity all together.

That probably is not right to say, personally me, I am not fighting for anything, I am more like waiting and sitting back.
As for Dashin, I guess, he deserved to be on a yacht and enjoying time. At the end of a day he created biggest forex broker in Russia.

Probably if it would be up to him he would have paid our money back long ago. This Alpari UK matter has more to do with UK regulations and KPMG dragging time than anything else.

People do not be stupid, and try to blame someone else. We made decission to trade in first place and we are the one who decided to go with Alpari rather any other broker.

They took the opportunity to declare insolvency and close the deal. This is coming from afar. It is my humble opinion.

When I have the power I can manage it my way.

Hi, please i need help from someone!
The case is that i log into the claim portal and i dont want to go with EXT, i already passed my claim to FSC in march and went with FSC but now they put me this:
ETX Capital Payment of distribution and / or compensation payments to an ETX Capital account
An agreement has been reached for the sale of the available client data to ETX Capital (ETX). ETX has contacted, or will shortly be contacting, Alpari (UK) Limited (in special administration) (the Company) clients offering them the opportunity to open an account. If clients proceed with opening an account with ETX, they may request that payments in relation to their claims be made to ETX Capital for the benefit of their account, whether these are distributions due to them from the Company or compensation payments from the FSCS (together Distributions or Payments).

If you wish to have Distributions or Payments made to an account you have opened with ETX, you must confirm below that you hold an activated account.

In this part i CLICK NO cause i want fcs to give me my funds because i am out of trading, and then redirect me and put this as a next step:

We would like to confirm your bank details to enable a transfer of funds when distributions or payments are made.
Please note that the Joint Special Administrators have not currently declared any distributions; it may take some time for any to be made; and you may not receive distributions in the full amount of your Client Money Entitlement or Contractual Claim Amount. Seeking compensation from the FSCS is likely to result in you receiving your money more quickly than by retaining your claim against Alpari (UK) Limited (in special administration).
If you choose to enter new bank details, then these will be subject to the required verification process.
So basically they ask for my bank details and etc, once i put this this mean FCS will do me the payment right? and they will not b etransfered to EXT or any other company, right??
The strange things is that i have the same bank details since i put my money in alpari one year ago, why they ask for them again?? cant i use the old ones already or there isnt any option to use the dates they already must have abou tmy bank account?

Read the text carefully:
We would like to confirm your bank details to enable a transfer of funds when distributions or payments are made.

KPMG will do distributions. FSCS will do payments. So they are talking about both here. If you are claiming from kpmg OR fscs they need to confirm your bank details either way. If it won't let you proceed even if you click the original bank details radio button, there may be some details missing which will be highlighted in red when you try to go past this page. i.e. it won't let you.

This is what I had to do:

Agree new terms from KPMG - YES
Agree terms and conditions from FSCS - YES (had to click the terms pdf link before yes was highlighted green)
ETX Page - Clicked NO
KPMG bank account page - Clicked the "original bank details" radio button. Was missing IBAN and SWIFT details so had to enter those. Because of this I had to upload a bank statement again anyway. Couldn't get past it until i did so.
Final summary page shows - Claim from fscs = YES Transfer funds to ETX account = NO
Clicked the "confirm" button once i was happy with all the summary details.
Logged out
Recieved autoresponder email a few minutes later.

All done.
Now waiting for fscs payment next month.
