Well I am Irish based and I just discovered they have an Irish office. I am calling into meet my account manager next week and get a platform walkthrough and registered for their MT4 webinar. Benefits like that tick my boxes but may not do it for others.

As i said earlier - i am Irish based and a guy from their Irish office called me. Was a helpful call and helped filter the noise.

What is even live spread on EURUSD at ETX?
I'm staying with the FSCS.

YES ME TOO I SHOULD BE ONE OF THE FIRSTS TO HAVE THE PAYMENT IN MY BANK ACC.

WHEN IT WILL ARRIVE I WILL TELL YOU GUYS.

For others email about chf will arrive by the end of APRIL!

I guess by the end of may....cash will be available. I did not go with ETX. Guess it is better to stay FSCS (at least you believe no leakage with conversion will result).

Hello all, I just signed up.
I had the same problem. I had open trades on 16.1.2015 (no CHF), did not get any email until now and I also couldn't login.
But then I tried the following:

  1. I clicked the link https://www.alpariadministration.com/Account/Register
  2. went through the registration-process and
  3. could make my claim

I don't know, if this works for everybody, so use it at your own risk. If unsure you should call kpmg. I did this twice and always got someone to the phone immediately.

When you put your bank details to receive the money they ask you for you iban, but in my country we dont use iban we use swift code, but i couldnt leave that iban information in blank, the system didnt let me, so i put NO IBAN. Its ok?????

The bank is able to provide the IBAN number. each bank (account) is such a number.

without getting an email from the admins?!!
i traded chf on jan 15 and other pairs on 16 and closed all my trades and realized my profits.
didnt get any email from kpmg since, just emails and phone calls from ETX asking me to transfer my funds to them,
they believe i should have got my email already...
are you sure this link is not a scam ?

I dont think the people who had chf trades open on the 15th and 16th got the email yet,also a few special cases me included didnt get it.

it has been adequately explained. Anyone who trades in CHF, is scheduled to end of April to email you from KPMG.

Cause they are idiots. Everyone should have an iban it's like a passport...you cannot travel without...so you cannot invest without a NORMAL ACC.

you should ask your bank for an IBAN. no transfers can be made with out it, even if you provide the swift code of your bank. your IBAN is like a passport to your account number inorder to fund it. it is being used world wide now. plusyou should provide an official 3- month bank statement to upload once you finish. the iban can be clearly seen on it as well.
