Hello Clive!

Did you change HMA from 120 to 200
and CCI from 8 to 14 in your settings
like in your last postings?
Did I miss something?

Last trade for this morning with GBP pairs overbought is it time for a correction??? Well it won't cost me anything to find out...Gonna leave that one and get back to work..

My sell trade got knocked off at BE so as price has crossed back over MA lets try a break and retest of BRN 1.8400...

This is a possible higher timeframe ABCD as HMA turned red is the BC move so is this the start of the CD move????

If AB=CD then could be a 100 pip move, so I will hold this until HMA turns red again lets see what we get???

Not a great believer in this higher timeframe trading as there are many many false starts just like any other timeframe..and this could be one???

but lets give it a go for the likes of Jason (Devontrader) who's always encouraging me to hold on higher timeframe moves..

This ones just for you Jason and if it fails its your fault..

That didn't last long Jason???

Tried to get back in on retest of BRN again but platform froze so retest of 25 level instead...

This is probably gonna happen time after time whereas if I was to orphan hug I'd make money..

Yet another reason I struggle to trade higher timeframe moves on my 1 min...

Well spotted sir!!! Good to see someones still awake out there..

I've got two master templates now one set to 120hma and one set to 200hma just find the 120 jumps my charts about a bit too much so the 200 smooths it out a bit. However if market is flat like just before LO I might use 120 template to pick up the early movers..

important thing to note is I don't just trade from the TTindy I also have a look at the chart for my setup and if I don't see it I leave it alone...

The TTindy like every other indicator just "indicates" a chart worth looking at , it doesn't neccessarily mean it must be traded...I'm looking for a clear AB move breaking last high/low then a nice pullback to support/resistance. break and retest entries basically..

Out for nowt on both trades after being about 20 pips up, which means the last 4 quality entries I took earned me nothing... If I'd of grabbed what I could I'd of banked at least 25 pips from them.

Thats me done on holding for longer runs I think, from now on I'm a little orphan hugger..

when it comes to 40pip or more swings, its tough isn't it? for now, unless it is incredibly obvious, i'm going to trail entries at 3.5pips, looking for the initial push back with the trend. it's too hard for me to be up and then watch it come all the way back to BE. the good thing is, at LO, when you catch a trending pair, you almost can't help but make some profit. even if it decides to "range" for awhile you should be able to grab 5-7pips with a good spread. orphans are ok with me . . . of course, if momentum carries me to 15 or more pips, thats nice too.

Just got another 16 pips. SELL: 8 with Eur/Usd, 8 with Eur/Jpy. up 3.34% on my account with 5 trades today. that's enough for me. loving the strategy. about 32pips today.
