I did forget to mention, this is a well known price phenomenon, there is a pullback during Asian session and then trend continuation as soon as Frankfurt & London opens

With a bit of chart study, anyone can find these patterns without too much effort.

Even without pullback, there is popular trading method called London Breakout, fairly basic stuff I know

It takes a lot for me to IGNORE you, but you can try.

Surely does. Everyone have his own method. Jumping around look for something .

I just want to prove this works by doing this entry every day and make my self discipline enough.

1) bravo for your profits and i wish you every day the same profits and more
2) isnt excactly Robinho system because your entry was at 05.00 , and the strategy say at 00.01 (and no when we want to enter)

so the result are very good but dont prove the effectiveness ( because your entrys)

i have comfused because you apply other way to put the orders but you consider that apply the robinho rules
if i am wrong ok sorry .......my english dont help me to see clear the things

make entries every day we will know whether it is effective or not ... congratulations to those who made ... this method is simple, and over time will profit ... do not forget ... just 10 minutes a day and nothing else

THe time is not 00 for entry, but i use the open market +20 as entry.
sometime i entry on JP open, which at that time the price still not reach Open +20 or open -20.

you try it yourself.
Look for it and you will find it

basically, when the day candle changes color (direction) you go with it, enter 20 pips from close (5 pm New York)

NO trend filter, could be with trend or counter trend

All trades closed by Equity Sentry EA at approximately 11% of account balance (profit may be much higher / lower)

But for sure, real account, you will take 10% any day

ON EDIT: I checked the trades, actually, the cancelled USDCHF was a trade I had put the wrong entry, so there was actually -

Just an idea Robinho, shoudn't this new D1 Method be moved to a new thread instead stay on the Fallow the montly candle thread? So it can have more focus

How did you exit CHFJPY at 125.65? It was today's HIGH.

When I saw the market was moving quite strongly, I decided to trade it as a basket and close all trades at a set percentage profit

10 is nice round number but to be sure I got 10, I made the setting 11

As it happens, when the CHF-JPY was at it strongest, the equity was at 11% and the EA closed all trades very quickly

Exit was made on account balance not the price of 1 pair only

Do you understand the logic? As I said, if, I left them to run, profit may have been better...... or worse

For sure, missed out on 100 pips on GBP-JPY

Do you put pending orders manualy or by EA?
How do you calculate lot size? Do you take equal risk on each cross?

Good questions:

I put each order manually, from AUDCAD to USDJPY

I used equal risk of 5% for each trade

I calculate the lot size with a script

I used 1 x ADR for stop loss calculation in the script

I used an EA to set profit target & stop loss for when the trade entered

But today, I will do without stop loss or profit target, just trade as a basket

End of trades will be +11% gain or -5% loss
