Trading is as simple as ABCD

Hmmmmm gonna have to find somewhere to trade CHF pairs I think...

Sorry to bother people with boring tech question. I have followed Clives installation of indys and templates to the letter but for some reason the master template TTI indy is not active. It shows up on chart but wont update and is not on the chart indy list. Also the colored MA is not visible. Any help appreciated.

Bit lack lustre price action but shaping up for a mid morning LO reversal, CHF pairs turning round...

Can't trade those CHF pairs but soon as I saw my old fiery friend GBPJPY pop onto my top 4 just have to go for it ...break and retest of 177.50 morning range..

Thats how I like to trade in and out for a quick 20 pipper.....5 mins and its all over...

Heres an example of my typical bad entries just left my pending order a bit too close and it pipped me in then went down.... Looking like I might give my 20 pips straight abck but I'm hopeful this top trender might turn back up.

The lesson learned is to stay clear until its pulled back from its last drive...Its practically a breakout trade and we all know what I think about them, buying wave tops is a big no no no....

Now I've bought it in the right place so normal service returned...

OK extracted myself from that shite entry for a net loss of 2 pips didn't like the reaction at top of run so just outed it...

GBP pairs top but all at a resistance level so bit wary about buying GBP at the moment needs to break its range and retest or back away for a run up...





Tricky morning so far but I'm still in front....

But when in doubt just stick to your top trender GBPAUD and when it pulls back hit it...

Took another 9.2 pips out of this little push..

But it is looking a bit toppy there isn't it???? give me a new LL and I'll sell the next LH...

Top trender up GBPAUD but is it about to give us a reversal signal to sell it????

OK well thats LO over with for me and it was a tricky one as Mondays quite often are with no major news releases to spark off a run, however I managed 30 pips profit about 3% growth on my demo account so happy with that... On a good day like last Friday I think 100 pips is quite reasonable to expect...

The other thing is to learn when to stop and say enoughs enough too, very important part of trading...

Its early days but I'm becoming quite hopeful about this new system...

Well I just saw this classic setup on GBPUSD and had to take it. Top trender plus first CCI signal(see Honestknve TTindy does call us early enough to catch first CCI signal) but I don't trust GBPUSD with so many counter trend traders all over it so just took 5.3 pips out of it but obviously I should of had a bit more faith in my system...

But 5.3 pips is another half a percent so not complaining....

Could you please explain when a signal is forming. I haven't quite understood when to get in a trade :-(

Very very adventurous entry here but look how it just can't get past that 1.9175 level so last time it pushed up I dragged my sell stop up behind it, tight stop of 10 pips here and moved to BE very quickly, its either gonna go or its not so get risk off table quickly...



Nope it pipped me out but thats the way it goes sometimes and now its going down nicely, but not to worry will watch out for next LH and do the same thing...

Just lost 10 pips on this ridiculous sell of a wave bottom, breakout trades, I hate em!!!! Actually it wasn't really a breakout trade it was just me being too keen to enter, should always wait for your pullback , and sell tops of waves and buy bottoms of waves, never the other way round...

But its a great little chart to show just what we are after, that very first pullback in the new downtrend here on GBPJPY..



See how we have a double top(failed to make a new high) then it drives down AB taking out last HL then it pulls back beautifully to retest that old HL and gives us a lovely top of wave CCI sell signal, absolutely the perfect setup....

Just needs a little bit of patience to wait for them to setup properly, unlike my entry..

Another beautiful chart here but CHF pairs are no good for me as 9.0 pips spread shame because this was top of TTindy earlier along with most other CHF pairs..

Like I said in Post #5303 these CHF pairs turned over nicely, thought as much when you look at this clear turn they all gave simultaneously...Just had to happen didn't it???









Also look at the time of day just after the LO, I'll say no more.....

Hello, what indicator are you using on this charts ? the one which on chart, not the bottom one.

This is what its all about guys, this chart is clearly going up, it stays above its 120HMA and the CCI signals are awesome.

Notice how price hits a level takes a couple of steps back(our CCI signals) then steams straight through the next level???

I'm thinking we need to be looking for these CCI signals just after the 120HMA makes a nice clean turn, price crosses over nicely with a good strong AB move wait for the BC move and hit it....

Simple as ABCD on these strong trenders.......
