well, Dashin was a shareholder of Alpari.uk not the sole owner. He had a minority interest. that should not be forgotten. His lifestyle is his personal matter. And no, not at the expense of the trader. You overlook that he has lost the insolvency of Alpari.uk million dollars. A little more objectivity would be good.

The word welcome bonus is self-explanatory. For the first deposit. Does not matter where the money comes from. Whether it comes from your bank account or by FSCS does not matter.
but is simple mathematics. 6000 bonus, 300% = 18000. So much money you have to invest in real terms within 90 days. Lot 1 is 100000. So When leverage 100 you invest 1000 per Lot. So you have to trade Lot 18 minimum.
complete trades. An open trade is not complete. Opening and closing a trade.
Effective as of the date on which you applied for the bonus and he is hereby approved.

Good Broker I seek now only in Australia and New Zealand. Although my money is also safe in the UK. But that the securing does not work by the FSCS, which is not to be overlooked. Good brokers are Real ECN (New Zealand) and Pepper Stone (Australia). In addition, the total per trading account in New Zealand is higher. Maximum 200000 NZD be guaranteed. This is wrong Alpari UK was wholly owned by the Cypress based company.

He was the majority share holder in the parent company in Cypress. Bad research ? Go to companies house site. I don't care and don't matter anyway. Hope you get money back soon.

My only interest is I haven't had an account with Alpari for maybe five years yet KPMG sold my personal info. My legal guys are on it as data protection kicks in.

With respect you don't understand corporate structuring. We talking about a legal entity in its own right. There are no partners.

I have no interest in ETX. now already 20 minutes ago trade deadline is in this market maker. So 45 minutes before closing time.

Same here also remember they have your card details. KPMG don't reply to me so I set my legal guys on it.

Thanks that would be much appreciated.

Edit - FYI: ETX sent an e-mail round declaring that they have changed some of their terms and conditions which I believe includes a modification to the privacy agreement. I forgot to read what was changed.

Otherwise there were too involved, KPMG, FSCS, FCA, the judge appointed administrators and Alpari own .... I can hardly believe that there is any irregularity in the process.

What attributable only is the slowness with KMPG has worked. And the reason and we know full well, the fees.

I got a call yesterday from the Italian Desk of ETX telling me whats going on behind the curtain. I must say he was very kind and assured me the money is not lost. Surprisingly he asked me the amount I had with Alpari and he confirmed it. I didn't get any mail from KPMG yet though. If I try to log into the claim portal an error comes up. The ETX guy told me he'll contact for me KPMG and check things out.

I don't know if I can trust them, anyway they have lower leverage and slightly lower spreads than Alpari. They even bought new servers only for the Alpari Clients and it seems like the old employees will work there too.

I didn't have funds deposited with them and haven't for around 5 years. I am not a customer. Not sure its worth arguing just got me annoyed one day.
