The Company used four e-Wallet providers which are not subject to client money segregation rules. The Special Administrators have currently classified the e-Wallet receipts as client money to ensure they are adequately protected, until the position is fully determined. In the low case illustrative financial outcome it is assumed that the funds received from e-Wallets (c.$492,000) will be re-classified as house funds.

What that means??? who deposited with skrill is protected by FSCS?

The Joint Special Administrators propose to declare prior to 30 April 2015 an intention to distribute funds from the CMP (the "Declaration of Intention”)

so far everything is a waist of time, talk and talk and talk, announcment etc... no date no timing

I guess the most of us interest a date from FSCS not kpmg.

KPMG are a joke i didnt have any chf trades and i still have no access to the claims portal.

Well this thread has added on some 100 pages or so since the Alpari went belly up. So far, pretty much nothing said in it has made much difference. Maybe some people have blown of some steam, but i was never one of those who used a thread on the internet for that kind of thing.

Kind of makes me think about how people consider information. ANY information is not good information in itself. So there is little point in debating rumors and a lot of things that dont make an actual difference to know or not know in reality.

I've been following this thread since its inception and is increasingly note the incompetence of the English legislation, do not know whether voluntarily or involuntarily, because apparently the fees were priced per hour / man and not by works, as at least here in my country is common.

When I make the comparison of the two brokers who entered insolvency, Alpari European Uk and Excel Capital, if I recall the name, New Zealand, if we only consider the regulation, all eyes closed before January 15, we had we chosen the broker English, however, the New Zealand broker a week after the event, had returned all of the funds, the European takes 3 months and no indication who want to start repayment, are more and more delays by A or B reason.

Being evil thought, we might suspect that the customer money had been used and had makeup figures as happened in the case of PFG USA where the customer money simply was not. Given the technology currently exists, audit the accounts of thousands of customers is not a task of months, rather at most a few weeks, these audit firms are aided engineering systems for relevant evidence.

Now, after what happened, who recommended me regulated brokers in UK, is to take it with tweezers, because at the end of regulation, seem to be of no service, and the broker to be honest, it will be with any regulation.

I see it like this: KPMG eats the money of trader. The cost of KPMG hold still rather limited. The additional costs are enormous. The longer the whole process takes, the greater the additional costs. For example, costs for the infrastructure. Who had KPMG chosen as method of payment, which must in the end take FSCS to complete. I assume that FSCS pays the money of the customers. For me FSCS is important. I hope that a binding statement of FSCS comes before month end, when we get our money.
