DislikedApparently, ETX is expecting the funds to be released in 4 to 6 weeks. I got that from the relationship manager assigned to me: "We are still waiting an update from the Alpari administrators, the timescale we currently have is between 4-6 weeks, we will keep you up to date with any developments regarding your funds"Ignored
DislikedGuys there is no email now than say you agree to release your funds to etx...Where you chosen this option??? for now etx not sent any email to ask this.Ignored
DislikedI don't think ETX say bullshits to us...cause they paid lot of money so they may have access to more info than us from kpmg. So i want to be optimistic on this info even cause guys...they cannot permit theirself to say to us bullshits...or they will have a bad reputation in our eyes in this delicate deal. You don't think so?Ignored
Disliked{quote} Yep good broker with good protection..activtrades is also good with good protection up to 500k uk regulated.Ignored
Disliked{quote} I agree with you. The they couldn't have made the deal withouth discussing a time line with KPMG. And I don't think ETX would be happy if that time line is not met, and they surely have the resources to do something about it. That's why I choose them too.Ignored
Disliked{quote} ok good anyway i not received any mail about transfer funds.Ignored
DislikedThe email i have received is the same but they wrote we will stay in contact with JSA and FSCS for make your payment. Not just JSA. I think they changed email in base of your agreement choice made in the claim portal. I transfered my claim to fscs. Anyway i really don't know if is better say yes...I have some questions before to agree.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Yes you did... read from this post on: http://www.forexfactory.com/showthre...49#post8178749 You even commented it further down: {quote} That mail was meant for you to give permission to ETX to handle your case from now on, meaning they would transfer the funds to your ETX account, once released.Ignored

Disliked{quote} Just clicking a link means give a permission? I don't think so...anyway...we will see.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Yes, they told me today i had to click the link in their email on the 1st april, this gives them authority to act on your behalf and to transfer funds into ETX account when releasedIgnored
Disliked{quote} the green button in the email from April 1st is only an image without external linkage with me. So nice and colorful, but with no apparent function.Ignored
Disliked{quote} You guys got to read some more... It's not on the green button, but lower, on: {image} (note: I haven't clicked it, obviously, because I don't want their help... for now)Ignored
Disliked{quote} who clicks the button, opens a page of ETX. there he can read generalities. not more. some mail addresses and certain numbers of a support. And some facts. The process of forwarding of funds that has nothing to do.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Like I said, I haven't clicked it, so I cannot vouch... But anyway, the e-mail clearly states: "What ETX Capital Can Offer You" "All funds released by the joint special administrators will be directed into your new ETX Capital account, which will be fully segregated from company funds* and enjoy the protection of the FSCS**." So it would be obvious that, after clicking the link, you should be forwarded to some page to formalize in some way the assignment of them (ETX) to take care of the process and your funds.Ignored

Disliked{quote} yes, but I think it will go step by step. first set up the account. which has now been done. as the Next Step probably follows the authorization-that the funds ETX redirects to the new account. New customers will have a choice as to whether they withdraw the money or so trading at ETX. I'll probably do both. It is good that ETX some of the money granted as credit. This is important for those traders who only had a broker and now for almost three months have no way to trade. The diversion of the funds will certainly not happen by clicking...Ignored
