is so logical. 50000 is the maximum that is secured by the FSCS. Only reckless people have more money in a single broker.

Neo

We will be paid , but my concern is the delaying tactics which are in play now. KPMG wants to maximise their fees on the process and THAT is what is happening right now. Every second our money is under administration means additional fees for the administrator.

What is supposed to be a simple process turns out to be a administrative nightmare. The administrator WILL use every method within the UK law to postpone the pay out of money in order to accumulate fees for themselves. The FSCS cannot make payments unless the administrative processes of KPMG are finalized. Everything is on halt and all because of KMPG. They are simply using the administrative laws to maximise their profits.

The only way for us is to keep the pressure on them by constantly phoning or sending them emails. If we stop doing that they will simply take their time.

I will not take the offer from ETX . I expect to be paid by the FSCS. my position on this will remain like that. I have no desire to trade with ETX. This time around I will place my account with a reputable broker . I will also go for low brokerage leverage because the sooner traders get used to it the better. I belief that all brokers will be forced to reduce their leverage soon. 100 : 1 is the max I will go for. I might even consider opening an account with one of the big banks. I am in it for the long term and trading with a bank is the way to go. Just my opinion.
Never Ever Give Up!

Mmm yeah i'm with you. Anyway FSCS should pay us 100% so kpmg fees will be removed from dividends. I guess FSCS will pay us 100% without consider fees. or at least i hope that.

You can find information on the Internet through a broker. Alpari I had not done that. A Failure. The following information is important. Regulated Broker, capitalization, owners, information has been handled in the past with such situations. Then you can largely exclude the possibility that there may be a new insolvency due to similar events such as the CHF. otherwise: Just because a plane crashes, I no longer fly?

market is another..it is tough enough to make money from trading without this kind of headache..look how hard it is to even with kmpg and get answers and we supposed to be the victims..if u ask me its a case of the system doesnt work effectively for me to do this again with an another broker

most traders depend on there money to make a return..i cannot imagine a trader doing this for a living and to face this kind of upset..the money is stuck and not working for us..

completely clear. And that's why we have distributed money to several brokers. So far I had made no thought how good a broker is financially secure and who are the owners. now I am researching forever. it is annoying that the money is frozen at Alpari. But who was smart, has remained capable of acting with other brokers. To the sum of the trade account, I've always respected. Only a maximum of the amount that is guaranteed by the supervisory authority. In the UK there are 50000 GBP. In Germany € 100,000. Likewise, in the rest of the EU. US, I do not know. Are also interesting for me New Zealand and Australia. I'm testing some market makers at the moment. One of the best market makers seem to be ETX. Not good are eToro and similar broker. Plus500 is also scrap. Both brokers the server can not be reached in minutes important financial decisions.

Apparently, ETX is expecting the funds to be released in 4 to 6 weeks. I got that from the relationship manager assigned to me:

"We are still waiting an update from the Alpari administrators, the timescale we currently have is between 4-6 weeks, we will keep you up to date with any developments regarding your funds"
