Hi all guys, if you are a client of Alpari, you should join us to clamp down on the Joint Special Administrators and ETX together. We have waited more than two month. We can’t just wait. And we still don’t know the details of how and when we can get our money back. We hope you can transmit this article to increase the number of clients join us. We hope we can catch some media’s attention for get our money back as soon as possible.

The Funds Returning Process Announcement of Alpari(UK)Ltd.’s Clients
It has been more than two month since 15/01/2015 the Alpari(UK)Ltd has collapsed and the Joint Special Administrators are managing all affairs of Alpari and make a announcement to say they will return the Client’s funds as soon as possible. Until now, the Joint Special Administrators still can’t return the client’s funds including these clients who didn’t trading CHF and had confirmed their balance on Claims Portal. Recently, the Joint Special Administrators sold the clients data to ETX Capital(The “ETX”), we realized it makes the process of the funds returned more complex. According to this, the clients of Alpari joint signature and release the announcement to ask the Joint Special Administrators and ETX to respond public!
Our Requirement:
1. The step and period details about dealing client funds by the Joint Special Administrators or ETX .For example, when the Joint Special Administrators can return the funds to the client or transfer to ETX if the client agree, including those client who have confirmed their account balance on the Claims Portal.
2. If the clients chose still assign their claim to FSCS or the Joint Special Administrators, please announce the period and the fee of client must pay to the Joint Special Administrators . And please make payments in period.
3. If the clients chose transfer their funds to ETX, according to the action of buying Alpari’s clients is on their voluntary basis. We need ETX respond in public, the ETXmust be promise us that the clients who chose transfer funds to their can withdraw funds without any other conditions and delay time.

This announcement has agreed and supported by 1322 clients. We will continue to advertise this announcement on every forex bbs, website and media.

We can jump up and down, scream, petition, bring to the attention of the media and whatever else you wish but nothing will expedite the return of funds as KPMG, ETX, FCA, FSCS etc. are all working within the law

As long as they do this they can string it out for as long as possible and there is FA we can do about it but wait

sometimes , the kpmg、 fscs 、etx they just care their own interests
we must push some overwhelming force to them with together, if you won't , it only passive .

I've received email from ETX that said "ETX Capital has created a personal MT4 account for you. "

I've not claimed the account, does it have the fund which is held by the original Alpari?

Wouldn't that be good? But of course not.
They created those for all ex clients - you can either fund it if you wish to trade with them, or wait that ETX receives your money and put it there (if you assign them to do it).
Or, as I for now, leave it alone and ignore it.

when will we get our money back?
Can anyone translate the word soon to numbers?

Man i really don't know...i think at this point we can just receive some date from FSCS in the next announcement in their website. Cause if you wait kpmg, you will wait really longer i suppose.

KPMG is out of their minds by selling our data to ETX capital.

There should be a higher authority to contact to get our money back, enough is enough...

Man don't call anymore kpmg...talk only with FSCS. Try to have info just with FSCS. They will anticipate us money is the only solution for speed up the process.

Relax .. everything is closed down in Europe now - it's holiday season

Already claimed through FSCS, But they didn't contact me, the last contact is from KPMG That they will revise documents and they do have high traffic then asking us to be patient, It was a mass email BTW, lol

You can choose any broker who will accept you as a client. If you want to go with another broker there is nothing ETX can do about it.

I guess his question was about this deal to transfer automatically money after refund to another broker. We have this deal just with ETX. maybe i explained bad. Sure after refund from FSCS or kpmg money returns to you n than you can decide to put'em where you want it.
