Yeeeees, Alien. To f*** up or to not f*** up; that is the question.Evidently, I seem to be somewhere in between the two for this week considering that I've spent half the week unable to take profit and the other half going wild by just trading the plain price action I see for the week.

And on that note, the short I have from 177.438 is still alive. I managed to hedge a position for longs at just 1 pip above that and sold it at 177.617, so I didn't waste time after all. It's times like these that hedging turns out to be actually useful, and not something that seems as ridiculous as it may seem on first sight.

Lesson of the day: Hedging works.

Second Lesson of the day: Scalping in whole lot increments are hilarious. In a good way. As long as you still win a majority of your trades, it actually works in a constrained market like this one, where we can't seem to push out of the range.

Take care, strong reaction to 3M uptrend is happening (don't have 3M on my broker to show it better so attaching a monthly chart)

Granted, taken with a grain of salt since I've got a long .758

Edit: Decided to take +15 and get out of this trade. Going to wait for NFP and look for opportunities to long from Monday/Tuesday onward, will do if a good one appears

Although no major fade means a nasty correction that drags out for several more days and gets more horrible.

Looking to scalp cable over NFP, tends to be less whipsaw than GJ although there has been some big moves already.

Got a few in .4200 seems to be holding.
