Seriously, do any of you read? I have said I traded there for 2 years without issue. And I know others that traded there also without issue. I think the reason why few people here have not traded with them is because previously they were aimed more at the spread betting market, but its exactly the same model as any other forex company.In any event it doesn't make any difference, we still have to wait until our funds are released.
I think that perhaps a new thread is needed, lots of people asking the same questions. I dont have the time, but having a new thread with all the updates in one place on the first page has got to be better than having them spread randomly throughout this thread

I know, it is crazy. And completely unecessary. I know they have a process to get through but access yo the portal should have been a relatively straight forward thing to do
I talked with ETX helpdesk...Take this info with "pliers", they said kpmg/fscs might released funds in 4-6 weeks. But i repeat...take this info with pliers.
But it could be possible cause they are involved directly on funds issues and i think before to make any deal with kpmg they asked a lot of questions about ours funds and some date line.

Hi, I have a question that confuses me so much......shall we agree our balance through the claim portal at the first (no matter allocate to FSCS or KPMG admin) before we can order our fund to ETX?
For the people that havent had access to the client portal yet i spoke to someone on the helpline.
She said that they havent been updated by KPMG as to why everyone hasnt had the client portal email yet.
So just need to wait and keep checking on the website for updates.
She did say that there have been a lot of calls this morning regarding this.
