How do I withdraw my funds once you have them? You would initially need to complete our secure online withdrawal form which can be accessed via [email protected] ("[email protected]"). In order to ensure the safety of your funds, once you have made your request we will require that you provide us with a bank statement for the bank account to which you would like your funds returned. Anyone stay in etx capital know what is this withdrawal form?
Ignored
keep it simple...

if you opt for them just bank wire a small amount 10eur/usd/gbp/whatever...beforehand (i guess they are not going to get the funds instantly when you open an account with them)

this way the bank verification process is complete and you are ready once the funds are in place to withdraw them instantly and you save some time (i guess it will not be only you going through that process... ;-)

Hi
I traded at etx in last last year.
The withdrawal form was easy, but something went wrong (maybe in my country only) because nothing happened then.
I had to send a lot of emails with copies about everything in my life. (screenshot about my skrill account, what I use, screenshot with the moneytransfer to etx, and other interesting things)
I spent one week with emails to etx, but then they sent my money fast.

It's not the worst broker, but they don't withdrawal to skrill, so I moved back to alpari.

i noticed that but i let it go...i guess it was due to rush to communicate the deal with alpari clients..."errors" like that i believe are acceptable...especially after negotiations that took so much time...

i am just not still convinced that going via ETX rather than FSCS will make any difference other than the hassle of dealing with FSCS to get the details in order.

i mean with ETX you make an account with them as an ex-alpari client, setup your bank details (as mentioned above in order to minimize the hassle of bank verification with them and the "back and forth") and when they get the money off you go...you decide whether you are going to stay with them or not

with FSCS i believe that after the funds are going to be available all the process until you get the funds to your account is going to take way more hassle....

but still this is something to be seen.... the only good thing right now that we are aware of is that a deal to pass the client list has been passed and we have a "third" option

kpmg said they will contact us shortly and once we accepted to transfer money to etx they will transfer money to your account etx capital (so in etx hands) So you basically have funds back on etx capital from kpmg and kpmg will for sure transfer soon money cause they will earn some % for every account transfered to etx capital.

Nothing to worry guys! just let's wait the email your money will be phisically transfered to etx.

It seems to be good news that ETX Capital will help Alpari UK's clients. But there are something I am worried about:

http://www.fsa.gov.uk/register/firmB...s.do?sid=61163

1) Monecor (London) Ltd is not ETX Capital, where can I find their relationship? Do ETX Captial's clients protected by FSCS too?

2) Website: www.etxcapital.com redirect to http://www.etxcapital.co.uk. Will FCA consider the two different domains as the same website if something bad happened to www.etxcapital.co.uk?

ETX capital is fully regulated by the FCA.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ETX_Capital

KPMG cannot sell the client list to a backstreet unregulated broker.

Monecor (London) Ltd is the official trading name of ETX Capital. All ETX Capital's individual clients are protected by the FSCS up to 50k.

ETX Capital is one company but they have a few different websites depending on where people access from. As far as I'm aware it's not like Alpari (UK) which was a separate entity to Alpari (Ru).
