Its really hard to learn and to know you cant predict anything, then learning takes place. You have to adjust your brain to deal with uncertainty, thats where the real work is. Its so easy to be deluded by your own belief. One mistake and you're done, margin of error is minimal and thats what you guys really need to understand.

Here's a nice article I came upon a few years back. Still trying to apply everything in it...
Edit: Corrected link. Also, just applying 1 and 2 100% of the time will probably make me/everyone millions within 10 years, but boy how difficult is that!
