NZD/USD
Scenario that we will propably see in next few hours ...
Price is moving in nice channel drew few days ago.
1. Straight to H4 BO (61.8 Fib)
2. Price goes little down to L3 long then goes up to H4 BO
But there is FOCM coming, so i hope the move come before its start .... i dont want to play with that :-) .... anythink can happen

7225 is a resistance as well 618 fib. I see a potential target of 100 pips on this trade at 7130.
But the price is already rejected 10 pips away from this level.We also have GBP high impact news.So Any weak retracement to this level after news releases would be good.

FOMC meeting which will happen later in the day is expected to outline further direction of USD crosses. EURUSD is trapped in a range and PRE Fomc range can be defined as 1.0650-1.0550 zone. The price is expected to be in the zone and further breakouts should happen during/after FOMC. If anything happens before it, it could be a fake out or stop grab before the actual move.

From the technical standpoint if EURUSD breaks 1.0550 , 1.0495 and 1.0460 are next targets to the downside. To the upside break of 1.0650 targets 1.0695 and 1.0715. Price Action prior to FOMC may whipsaw in both directions but should stay in pre FOMC range.

Yes mate, i agree with you, its trapped in the range and 1.0613 is at the upper border. So it could b profitable PRE FOMC. If EURUSD stays within the range, not breaking 1.0650 should be good.

There is no weak pull back and 1hr candle close above the level. May go in our way,but does nt look appealing to me.

Yes agree, and shorting into rallies is the option. 1.0625 1.0650 1.0695 and 1.0715 IF it spikes during FOMC
