Yesterday, I received the email about the Claim Portal. I agreed the amount which is exact as that I have in the Alpari account. Until now I have n't received any email. Is that normal?

FSCS is the best option... They will guarantee you £50k and the when KPMG distributes the dividends they will pass over your part to you up to the total you are owed, in this case $110k.

KPMG will not guarantee you anything and there will be a lot of fees involved, not to mention the uncertainty. With FSCS you are at least guaranteeing something and whenever KPMG pays you get the remaining.

it update says ,the kpmg funds clients back as begining? that the first clients are who already confirm themselve's claim with Calim Portal

that meas ,the kpmg faster than fscs ??

I do wish the people on this forum would read the notes on the KPMG website. KPMG themselves have advised that we will get our money back from FSCS far faster than if we go directly to KPMG, not only that but for those who have more than 50,000 invested with Alpari then those going through the FSCS route will get more of their money back eventually. It beggars belief that anyone would not go the FSCS route.
I operate with clear definite rules, if I break them I lose BIG!

You will be able to go through FSCS in a later stage...when is requested. It's too late a guess for change idea You should finish process with kpmg and if something missing after that you can go through FSCS at that stage.

How can they not give profits and ask to pay for negative balance at the same time ?

I left open two trades on EURGBP which were closed in profit by them. Never traded the swissy.

You are not the only one....
I am in the same box, also no mail for claim portail.
But they did send me yesterday an email about result of the meeting etc...it was send from noreply....so they do have me somewhere there.
I did also tried to log in myalpari claim portail...no access yet, they say "The Joint Special Administrators have not yet finalised your account balance(s). You will receive an email when you are able to access the Claims Portal."

So I wait.

Alpari also said from the very start that it would chase negative balances, so you were stating the bloomin' obvious.

Nobody who had trades on the 15-16th has been allowed access to the portals yet to verify their account.

So I don't really know how you are claiming to be right...

i had trades open on the 15/16th. but not on the swissie. kpmg sent me claims portal invitation email on friday and i have it all agreed already so just waiting for fscs payout...

My trades (not CHF) were closed mit profit, too. I did not receive any email but I could login and agree to my balance. I did not get confirmation
