I'm experimenting something, so I'll keep the trades open. on the other hand we are at an important level. if the price doesn't turn back from here, we go down further...

morning everyone...

I was planning to long the pair from the level I determined (you can see that at the bottom of the chart in my previous post), but the price turned just a couple of pips above that so I didn't open any trades. on the other hand, the new low (rectangle in the chart) deceived me that the bearish move would continue, so I opened 2 more shorts but they got stopped out in a short time. with the new high I now think that a correction has begun. I have 2 levels to short the pair. I would long it 'till those levels but I am still travelling, so I don't have time to watch the charts. anyway I closed my other trades as well for a total of 186 pips including the two positions that got stopped out. the result is worse than 500, but better than nothing

EURAUD H1

Yes, it seems to start a good correction. Perhaps the next hour candle give us more clues.

But ema233 is too far for a normal reverse (H1), Then, the goal could be the upper Bollinger band (H1).

hi patron,

well, I would watch the upper level in my previous chart. it has some fibos and MA confluence. but we cannot say anything for sure till it happens, right?

Of course. This can only be read based on probabilities and risk. And act accordingly.

Lately, I've made several errors in reading the Big Picture. Nothing happens. That did not make me lose money, because I only open positions based on technical analysis intraday, and always with stop loss.
I admit my mistakes in trying to learn from them. Most of these errors are psychological, where I miss my own rules. But I have clear, very clear not let losses run never, but then the price will go back to my favor. This attitude allows me to control fear (emotion).

I had prejudices and not have believed it because I expect a new high for GBPXXX.

Ok Patron. Don't you think there's still some room for sell in GBPJPY? I think it could go south untill 176.20 or so.

I do not know.
By the form and type of waves, I'd say it's probably a new high at this level, then down again.

You know that in this business nothing is certain, and only speculate with probabilities and risk control, after analysis.
