Another System for Breakout (ASB)

This strategy is not good... it workd 50 / 50 %.... there is no indicator which could be show future... none indicator knows if the chart will go up or down.. indicator cannot predict future...

No one here or not a thing could predict the future. here in this market we are here to speculate (=an educated guess), not to predict (=a chance) the future. If you are so interested in future of the market you should leave this and do something else which commands those requirements..

I am so pleased you have come up with a set of metrics -50%, it means cut your losses on the losing 50% and hold on and even add on to the winning 50%.
There is no indicator which could predict the future even you can't predict all your responses to the same set of stimuli.

In trading you can only control what you are willing to loose, control that and maximize the gains on the winning trades.

Hey guys , check it out ,if these indi's do not repaint it will be awesome on renko charts and anyway i would like to thank all the people who helped making this thread so useful.

Today gold 30 pips and still running ,my target is at the end of the lower band of the channel....please if anyone has any comments please feel free to advise me.

of course intripidpips, i just follow the trend gann current period ,H1 AND H4 red and under dual 50's moving averages plus fisher is down and i use DSS for directioin...

all renko boxes are 10 pips except for gold 100 pips , i hope you like it and wish you luck and success....

Here is a modification to your original breakout concept. I am a H4/D1 trader so I am using H4 in this example.

The Cloud (9,25,34 your inputs) and the 10 SMMA PAC appears to be as good as a Trend Identifier as most other systems so use it. Let's get rid of all the other subwindows because they are not adding much to it. We have a trend so now just find a entry. Let's use a Fractal.

LONG ENTRY Rules:
1. Fractal occurs ABOVE SMMA PAC.
2. Fractal Occurs ABOVE Cloud (is there a difference between current bar cloud and projected cloud out 26 bars)
3. Entry point is Fractal High + spread + padding = approx Fractal High + 8 pips
4. I use a SL of 100 pips on H4.
5. Reasons to close trade... price action, rejection of 100 series, rejection of 250 series
6. reason not to take trade...less then 50 pips to 500 series.

Basically ID a trend, find an entry point, manage the trade.

the most important indi is the follow trend to complete the set up for sell entry both blue and red lines have to be above the PA after a closed candle
