Dislikedhi I am close to make my decision guys after all the hard work I have done today and I am 95% will be going with FSCS option as it looks like KPMG won't be able to make full payment after seeing some court paper works today from my legal advisors.For that reason FSCS is the only option for me.Also my legal advisor suggest that as my capital just below 50K ,claiming money from FSCS would be more smoother as FSCS would not have any questions to ask because I am below the threshold which is 50K.If I had money above that I should go with KPMG and assign...Ignored
DislikedGuys can you help me clarify this? I had open positions on Jan 15th so I don't expect to get that Portal email anytime soon. In the meantime should I fill in the 'Client Proxy Form' (if I decide not to go to the meeting next week) and 'Statement of Claim Form' and post it off?Ignored

DislikedTo anyone with account currency EUR. I have no access to the claims portal yet. I looked at the "Retail Client statement of claim form" and noticed they didn't give an EUR/USD rate to convert our claim into USD. Instead they put it this way USD 1, EUR 0.861. Do they intend to fool us? Or is it just their way of making things more complicated? So how did you calculate your claim? By doing some math or by using historic close or other price from 19-01-15?Ignored
