Disliked{quote} Thank you. I have found it. I have another question, how much could I get back since I have open position after 15th, January? I only trade eurusd in those days and they closed my position on 16th, January. In the proposals, I read like that they will not send the money back unless the client agree with the amount of money as they calculate. So how much is it? If I don't know how much is it how could I agree with the proposals? Or If I know the amount exactly I am sure I will vote "For" for the proposals. It seems not clear so I am afraid...Ignored
If you have negative final balance, they will ask you too bring money back.
This is only my logical opinion and as much I read, it such be also a legal one by kpmg.
And I am in the same situation, I did have open trades on eurgbp, which were by alpari closed down and not by me (minus 4K!!!) and 2 days later they would be plus 2000, but there is nothing I can do about it...my final balance is what I have claimed for.
2. Q: see page 230 post 4588 from papamax , it is written in english for non-english (I am from slovenia, europe)
After you send your claim (Retail Client Statement of Claim) you have to do that on your own, do not wait for kpmg to send you something by mail, maybe they stil will, but as much as I read, they will not, because you were trading on 15., 16.01., so you have to do that by you.
Also do not forget to add some proof of your balance on trading account, like Daily statement you get by email from alpari, last were send 16.1.2015, or maybe RepotHistory if you have it from MT5, or something what is proof of your balance, final balance on 16.01.2015.
And and if you wish to vote, send also proxy (Retail client Proxy) also see page 230 post 4588 from papamax
I hope I help.
