What group will I be in? I had no trades after the 15th, but I was holding the EuroStoxx (EU.50) since December! By now, this would be a hefty €250,000 profit. Anyhow, they closed my trade on the 16th. Am I now in the traders camp or will I be able to get my statement earlier?

Hi guys

i funded my account in thursday 15 jan after 9 gmt and i made some trades and closed them after that. So what will be my case?? I think i am the only fool that funded his account in that black day so is there any records at kpmg for that fund or it is gone???

btw... I am afraid that the proposal will say something like... "you'll get 60% of your account balance, do you accept? I sure wouldn't. If that's all I am getting then I might as well go straight to the FSCS. What about you guys?

But 95%, I think we will have a return, 100% of balance(equity).
Because fee will be paid by Alpari UK.( Court empowered the KPMG,and court will decide about fee)

i am not looking for approx number... just want it dont to the pipette in order to be able to do exact calculations

I do not know exactly which course will use the special manager. I have an account in €. On the 15/01 was the price (2:45 pm GMT) at just 1.17. I have the quote in my MT5 read now. If, however, the official exchange rate meant, it is unfavorable because the ECB submitted on 15/01. the rate fixed at 1.1637. Otherwise, you can use google. Or do you use your MT4 / MT5.

if you have used the MT5 Alpari, you can see where your currency stood against the dollar.

Please read better. The valuation date for the spot rate is January 19 (not 15). As currency traders you know that the dollar was at this time at the highest. Claims of European trader will be first converted into US dollar at the January 19 rate. Than they will be converted again at the rate of the payment date (march, april, june ?). These 2 conversions could make up a loss of 10-20 %.
Most of Alpari clients were European. There is no reason in using US dollar as designated currency.

The first regulation, in this business, I have from 17 years ago. Was a job to trade for a stock broker.
