Not sure about the daily, I only go as high as the one hour for reference,
And trade of the one minute for entries.

Perhaps you could throw up a chart and show what you mean.

Do not do charts mate, Clive as put hundreds and hundreds of very detailed charts up even made indicators and let guys have them for free, but how many guys come on here and say thank you I have made x number of pips today due to your method, I myself have put up a very interesting blog site (Armstrong) and a number of (how to) videos, the last thing I want is any thanks but alas not one comment good or bad.
I agree no real need for the Daily 100lwma and I am with you 60min is big enough but if you remember my posts on what I call my (WHY) bars, if yesterday was a big down day WHY are they opening and pushing in the market up, so that means I am waiting for the market to come to me and show me a SELL sign, yes you must always keep looking to the left to see if they have tested any support or resistance. With Clive's 1min I will only take is signals in the way I (expect, that's a joke) the market to go until the new pivot levels have themselves been tested.
Could go on a bit more but I will give it a rest now.
Just one more point I am glad the debate as moved on from entries to profit taking, this will go on and on and might even provoke a few heated exchanges, and all I have done is try to present a slightly bigger picture of the market, but to me if you have a fixed method of entry you must have a fixed method of exit or how do you judge if you have a good profitable method, sorry for going on a bit to long, I will call it a day now.

That's a pity on the charts, Personally I have always thanked Clive for his thread, He gives his time and enthusiasm endlessly on this thread.
His main tool being the stronger trenders. which I agree with 100%.
Only approaching from a not to Different angle.
We my Friend are both old school and do expect a bit more Manners in the world.Please and Thanks are not as common as they once were.
And that is sad statement.

Early Chf weakness showing early,pre London open

Obviously non farm payroll is the biggie, then inflation, interest rates and in addition UK has todays bank vote. They are the news items I am really careful with.

Interesting bout of GBP and EUR buying just before the news, maybe a positive news release due????

Just grabbed myself a quick handful of pips pre news on GBPJPY and I'm expecting some good news judging by the active prenews buying lets see what happens give it 15 mins or so to settle down then see if we can find a nice little post news trade for the morning session...

Its the "Good Old London boys" up to their old tricks of getting the heads up before a news release then positioning themselves just before hand. Can't always rely on it but I sometimes pre trade the news and if I can get myself a nice 20 or so pip buffet then I'll move stop to BE and hold through the news...

Sometimes very profitable and extremely unusual to get a massive spike the other way if theres been some good movement just before...

Anyway now its time to look to buy GBP for the rest of the day, not surprisingly all 7 GBP pairs in top 8 on TTindy even our shy little friend EURGBP has made a rare show...

I have taken an aggressive entry on gbpaud post news 1.9749. Not a typical trade for me but in gbpaud for about +120 from this morning so at BE and will see if this pops up.
