yes it takes both longs and shorts. Are you closing trades at trend change, letting the trade set close on it's own or???? If trend is ranging between up and down on the EA you will remain in the trade direct that you current grid is building on until it closes all the trades in the set. Sometimes if I see the trend change and i'm in a set already I will close all trades only if the loss in minimal in doing such. This way i'm in early with change. Otherwise i'd hedge the positions as discussed by Spyderman a few pages ago.

So, yes I see both direction trades. I have notices errors on FXCM broker so I would not consider them for using this EA. (Not saying you are using them. Just in general)

The only trend change that has held for a bit this week has been on the AU
all other were fake-outs...

Having pretty great results myself. Great job GoogleTrader!!! I very much appreciate being part of this community. As for me I'm just running default settings. 1 pair for every 1,000. I think I'm going to add nzdusd to the mix since the account has already made another 1,000. I tried running some back tests and couldn't even get them started but haven't really had much time to look into that either. Well good luck everyone, talk with you soon.

Tried getting my trade explorer up and running and having issues with that to. Says it cannot connect to my broker when myfxbook connects just fine. Get it up and running asap.

Not until a month of positive forward testing. 2 more weeks. Everything I'm doing has been mentioned in the thread just tweaked a bit per pair. I've put in much outside work to use this tool and I don't use the default settings at all, but I do respect the community trend and what it shows...
Download every test results here and forward test those settings. That's what I did...and still do.

Great week. Cut losses and shut it down for the weekend. My sweetheart awaits

Blew a small demo 500 dollar account. (5K min needed to trade my settings)
Doubled a 10k account
400+ percent on a 50k account
FXCM ruined and account with offquotes (won't be testing with them any longer)
Traded 24hr each day

1) stupidy i tryed to trade manually
2)i lose
3)in order to recovery i rised the lots and....lose again

after one month try on demo with many brokers only one did give me very good results FX PRO did open on 02 of february did try many set up but last one on the chart give me so far the best did open on demo $ 3000 now balance $ 4283 incredible but do not know live ??????? did try my usual broker AXIS grr bad.
