why?

I am not a commercial member but its like commercial members of FF can't keep there hands off the thread, and once they post on your thread the admin would move it to commercial forum, which is unfair, instead of punishing the commercial member for posting in non-commercial thread, they take it out on the thread by hiding it away from new traders.

Except if there is another ulterior motive that we don't know about, but I wonder why Seller9's basket thread survives till now on the trading system forum.

that divergence was not a strong one, the price level was almost equal, it is strong when the right side comes lower than the left side and MACD does the opposite. In fact what you saw there could mean price may go deeper than that before it would snap up for the bullish move.

i know, you know, all here know, even "they" know, that you are not a commercial member...that's not the point!...Seller9 also codes "only" an EA...
if you think a bit about, what kind of threads disappeared, you will know very good why...of course you can try it out and start a new thread in the trading system forum , but don't be disappointed if it does not work...
and yes: it is unfair.......it's all about money...

Price did go lower, as you suggested, and then started to reverse. Not easy to tell when the trend is going to change for sure. I like to keep an eye on divergences as a method for exit timing.

Hi Kos

I try to keep my forum free from people trying to pedal their goods, I have had some entries and users removed when they posted links to commercial sites. I have also had many inquires to code EAs for money and I have always turned them down as everything I do is for free.

Like yourself I receive many inquires to code things but have turned many of them down as they don't make any sense. Some traders think every indicator is the Holy Grail just because they curve fit it to a chart.

I have followed your thread from the start and I don't know what the reason was for moving it to the commercial section.

Good Luck and Carry On, you have a great thread, at times it is hard to keep the faith and keep moving forward.

Dealing with newbies is a big burden. mt4 offline charts and basket eas are not newbie friendly. I have many problems along the road from a techncial point of view with mt4 and the changes they have made!

I will try to support as best i can with any new thread,

I have been testing some some basket alerts on twitter and seems to be working reliably for a month or so, i have these trading on an ea but managing exits manually.

No matter where the thread there will be a lot of people asking for help.

One approach may be to keep the first post up to date and refer all queries to the first post.

Personally, I just keep re reading the thread as most of what I look for has been answered many times.

The members of the thread have shared 99.9 per cent of their secrets already, people just have to read the posts.

I had a profit on 5 pair using 15 minute chart today, actually I have daily , 4hr, 1 hr and 15 minute. The 15 minute is tricky for me, probably my smallest chart should be the 1 hour.

I am long on the 14 pr chart using daily, 4 hr and one hr. I had a profit on that today also, I used the one hour chart. The daily chart is still in a downtrend according to Macd and Trend CCI. I am watching my charts a lot as there may be a retrace..

My dream would be to catch a trend on the daily chart.... hahaha

I know you didn't direct the question at me, just got a bit curious, what settings for IXO are you using to get compareable results? Would you mind sharing?

i trade still manually...that's why i missed the entry on C5...now i'll wait till the "posible" retracement is finished - just to be sure - and then entry long...

Hey Demp!

I traded with the IXO when it was first released on this thread. I've followed this thread from the start with a few trades here and there. I believe 1056 or something close was used. I haven't pulled up my charts yet because I just bought a Tablet PC and still need to install MT4 haha.

Once I get everything setup I'll post charts and see how it looks!

I beleive IXO gives more signals therefore I may look at following the 110 CCI and using the IXO to add as it goes up or down.

Ill have to look into it though because it might just be over complicating things but I'll be sure to post my findings
