Let's see if 181.20 is support. I'm hoping to get 182.20 before the day is over, but who knows. We might have pullbacks

Hi FX-Ray new to FF and happy to have found your thread. I consider myself a true "dragon rider" as I have been a trader for 20 years and have faced down many fears and still going. Lets see if the follow up conforms to the fibs.

How long do you tend to leave it after news events before you consider normal business again?

Retesting 181.50. If it breaks out, we just might get the third 15min candle that Ata was looking for.

Don't have a lot of time though; in 2 hours, market will probably lose all significant momentum and just be stuck in a small range.

So..now let's recap on daily chart what just happened... on the updated chart which I shared this morning,now we can see that price ran away from the gray area.. chikou is nicely following the edge of the cloud and tries to get out of it.. if strength of bullish move continues next week we can pass 181.80 and after that we will head to the fib 61.8 of the past downside move (184.37), the kijun (blue) line is the next important resistance area.. price will probably stall there for a while.. so I will go short from there as soon as I see divergence on 30 or 15 min.

Long story short: Don't miss the polar express to the north but be aware that a bearish cloud is nearing, therefore don't marry your bullish bias too much next or coming weeks..

For now bulls are a little bit exhausted.. already detected macd divergence on 1 and 5 minute charts.. now it's time to wait that price fall below cloud on 1 minute first.. then we can jump in for a short scalper.. 1 or 5 minute must below cloud.. before that don't even think of shorting..

looking good my buddys........the low on Feb 2 was the Gann date.....a 1400 pip fall .....it was all bullish after that, no true downside was seen since. so last night was pure pleasure, even that last return down to my stop... 30 minutes before the fireworks.....hit by one pip.....knew to immediately re-enter...... but I took it personally, my Australia broker low was 8 pips different than Malta.....yep, took a minute to get over feeling cheated.....eta...going past 14 % just now

I am watching the first attempt of price trying diving below the 1 min. ichimoku cloud. Aggressive traders have already shorted I think but I will wait till price first comes also below 5 min cloud.

Short term forex indeed, with this pair a few hours is all you need and never before a high impact data release, lol.

I have a hundred questions for ya....I noticed that 1M cloud figuring in....I go to the 1M for elliott waves....I'm curious about that cloud on the 1M....5M, and 15M

As soon as a 15 min. candle closes below 181.56 we can consider short.. but so far not confirmed..

Edit: oops sorry was looking at 1 minute.. we need a close on 15 minute chart.. closed my accidentally opened trade.. still waiting..
