Entered short. Initial momentum was a bit strong from EZ green news that shot through my PRZ but a good PA retrace allowed for an entry.

Out -1 pip. Missed my TP (13 pips) by 2 pips. Looks like there could be a change of OF. Next trade.

Thought it might have been too soon to adjust to B.E. in such a small range.... Watch PA in this zone. (Current PA)

Yeah I made a hash of this yesterday and following my +31 pip trade I made 2 trades against OF and lost 14 then 17 pips so ended up BE for the day. Looking back I can see exactly why I lost so I have tightened up some of my rules of entry against OF which should help.

Annoying but it is all part of learning and there was certainly some lessons learned yesterday!!

My -17 was a similar entry to this one Masterrmind, entered then stayed in and got stopped out.

I am hoping today will be a much better day.

Very true it is indeed all about learning and hopefully whilst minimizing any losses in the process.

Thanks, and here we are with trade 1 of the day.

Here i entered against order flow. There were a few reasons to get into the trade and I probably entered a little late due to being a little more tentative following yesterday.

There is a completion of a larger ABCD coming into the zone, plus the RN and some ressistance in this zone from yesterday. Price went a little higher completing a smaller AB=CD pattern. I waited for price to drop a little and the large bullish candle was my entry. Had me a little worried as price initially jumped against me.

During the trade, when it got in the green, I started to move my SL quite aggressively as price was hanging around in this area a little too long for my liking and my expectation would have been a sharper decline.

I had also seen price continually bounce back up following drops so thought it may want to turn back up at any time. Eventually got taken out when price rose and took me out for 7 pips, missed my TP by a couple of pips but very happy with some green pips to start off the day.

I would have just broke even if I had of stuck to the rules

First time I have broken them since I started testing in earnest (from Monday). I have been tempted a few times when in profit but haven't pushed the button. First time I did and have have been punished

It's good reinforcement for the strategy and without big $$$ on the line. Lesson learnt (I hope).
