Firstly, they can't use the Alpari software because is doesn't conform to the insolvency laws ???, (see my earlier post with the link)
and secondly, the cost of building , testing and implementing the software is to be paid for out of the client 'segregated' fund as per KPMG discussion (see earlier post) plus all other costs for incurred as part of the process of returning the pro rata said 'Segregated' pot
I guess they won't start building this portal until all possible buyers have been exhausted, oh no, that's not right, that might take several weeks on top of the several weeks
