Yes I did get the latest mail, although nothing new about it.
Just keeping us hanging long enough for them to make huge billing hours and then make us pay them.

and I would have done in the days before losses, I think. For I would have bet on falling euro, but he went up to more than 1.16. So it keeps the balance of the day yesterday.

FCA or LPs sure as hell are not going to pay them. Maybe the new buyer, but then again with so much debt and dwindling assets I would not buy alpari.
So eventually it all comes back to us the client and their money in the hands of administrators.

i think it was good FXCM after geting the bailout from leucadia, they begin charging the client with negative balance

i am not worried about losses. i just want my remaining funds ,Inshallah within 2 months i will be back at my previous position when alpari closed. if i dont get remaining money in full, i have nothing else to do, and no more funds to put in another account.

that sounds not good. One must never risk the whole money. only a portion, up to 20%. The rest must remain in the bank account.

I think we all learned the lesson man...is not needed to remember it everytime.
The most of us have the whole money inside cause we live with trading. Who can expected to stay in this situation? anyway i think everyone learned a good lesson for sure we never use the whole ammount than we have in ours pockets. But it happened and now we want our funds back.
I not have just fund inside there but even my earnings so i'm a creditor of the broker too.
And anyway we are talking seems broker can take our money when his financial is good without any problem but when we need to take money from him??? no??
So why there are regulations??? For just write something to reassure clients??? Come on be serious HERE everyone need to take his responsabilities in every situation us and the broker when is the moment and now is the broker moment to pay us. There is a special administration for this.
Or if we weren't sure about efficiency about UK FCA we gonna put money in a "seychelles FCA". So come on it's time to enforce the LAW IN EU COUNTRY. than is not like stay in burundi "i hope".

You are right, now my strategy is changed. Rather then using % return, I now consider playing with fixed return and withdraw money every month. Also, I will use at least 3 brokers now. ( Hope I can get my deposits asap.)

I would not work with Oanda as my trading strategy dont work with 50:1 leverage
