Yeah I agree.
Im pretty sure Alpari could of got the funding to prevent going into administration but personally if Mr Dashin forced Alpari into administration im glad because he would not of done that if the company was in good shape.
The other shareholders may have been happy to keep fooling clients into thinking all is well but he wasn't so used this as a way to close Alpari down for his and by way of coincidence our benefit.
Id rather the ship sunk now and go through a little pain because ultimately it will come out the other side in much better shape.
This was going to happen at some point in time CHF crisis or not.

I was appointed Joint Special Administrator of the Company together with Samantha Bewick and Mark Firmin on 19 January 2015.

The Company’s affairs are being examined by the Joint Special Administrators who will write to all clients who have a claim setting out their proposals for achieving the purpose of the special administration within the next 8 weeks. Any urgent communications should be emailed to [email protected]. Alternatively please monitor the website which will be updated as more information becomes available.

The Company traded under the following trading styles: Alpari FX, AlpariFX, AUK, Quantum FX and QuantumFX (this list is not exhaustive).

If you believe you are not a current client as you consider you are not owed any money, or do not wish to make a claim for monies owed, kindly confirm this by email to [email protected] or in writing to Alpari (UK) Limited (in special administration), 8 Salisbury Square, London, EC4Y 8BB. On receipt of such an email/letter your contact details will be removed from the client list and no further correspondence concerning the Company will be sent to you.

Pursuant to rule 296 of the Rules, where the Special Administrators give, send or deliver any notice or other document to you by electronic means, you may request a hard copy of that notice or document. If you choose to request a hard copy, the Special Administrators must send it to you within 5 business days of receipt of the request.

its crazy they seem to be sending the same thing but slightly different format..but nothing new

I almost put more money into my trading account..but i have never made a withdrawal..and i was thinking, how do i know these people would give me back my money..then a week later adminstration issue occurs..

im almost got completely screwed

During the Lehman Administration I never needed to send something in. So I think this is here the case too.
The should have every thing in the alpari database...

A I have said before it's a stalling tactic many with small accounts can't be bothered going through the process so they get to keep the funds, simple

Don't need any hard copies don't need to fill any forms out or make claims Just want access to MyAlpari and I will return my own money to myself
You don't need proof of ID as only I can access this part of the website

oh my, I have just read the previous bankruptcies. I think if no buyer is found, then maybe we can buy Christmas gifts of money. It will take an eternity until the funds are disbursed. So far, four companies in the financial sector were sent to the special administration. MF Global, Worldspreads, Pritchard Stockbrokers and Fyshe Horton Finney. Except Fishe Horten all were accompanied by the same company through bankruptcy.

and guess what, KPMG employees don't care about all this, they are only doing their job

However don't forget UK are the safe heaven of the financial market
It's very regulated and the reputation is in the stick
Specially in case of no buyer, the world is watching the liquidation in this country
