The main shareholder of Alpari UK talking for the first time after insolvency:

So, he is saying that he really want to provide founds from his own pockets, but his partners in the board of directors told him better not do it....and he just follow that advice.

So he decided to keep the money in his own pocket instead of solving the problem of Alpari UK, and his clients.
I mean, he is the same owner as forextime.com and other alpari branches...and he is making good money while letting Alpari UK and his clients alone...just becouse of his unknown "partners" advices???

this is crazy and as far as i am concerned nothing is protected...i just dont feel like the money is safe..

I understand why it is takes time, that is understandable but we have to pay a comission to see our money..that is troubling and i am sure not what was expected..i wasnt even trading the swissy ..and account was well within the margin capacity..

just bad luck!! and now these m**therf*ckers are telling us theres a comission to get our money back?? and a regulator is involved..its BS

Basically they are saying the segregated accounts appear to be intact.

And remember if your account was in credit when administrators were appointed you have redress up to 50k with FCA.

Navin don't worry bro,even if you loose in the payout,you can always claim through fscs upto £50,000.
First plz contact them, as then the steps you need to follow.Also contact the financial ombudsman.
Unlike you,I have a big problem with my SL being trigerred 1000 pips lower.
Even I have some hope,claiming there was negligence executing s/l.

Basically, they say that only the administrators need to sort everything. Only then is a statement as to whether a customer monies are complete.

I pray we get lucky brother!! ..honestly i am gutted ..this year i was looking for big things from trading but now because of this im actually at a loss because of alpari..i feel sick

but i am not alone many of us share the same pain..we must have hope that we are not going to get shafted

Like the FCA says:

4. Is there any client money missing?
The special administrators will assess the client money position of Alpari as part of their work. Once the special administrators have carried out this assessment, whether there is any client money missing will become clearer.
The initial view in the early stages is that the client money is whole.

So sure they might be lying or they might be wrong or maybe they got unicorns in their office or what ever, but that is speculation.

Just as I suspected it appears the segregated funds are from 15 jan before the chf fiasco.

It states customers "COULD LOSE" from the chf trades.I think it is possible chf trades could be cancelled too..

Of course and will be a massive job and very early days. Satifying themselves the segregated accounts are ok is fairly easy at which point they can start making interim payments whilst finalising the rest.
