Don't want to appear cheeky but looked at your Stoc Setting and they appear very robust on my timeframes as well, so I have borrowed them if you do not mind, also if I may ask is your channel Clive's 100 off the High & Low if it is I cannot borrow that because I already use it like that myself

Yes it is the high & low of 100 LWMA and feel free to not just borrow any of them but also own them as it is public property

i must say i agree
to watch clive and take a trade when he signals one is not going to learn you much.
thus also to say what would you do if clive wasnt around?

for me well i been trying a few things out and happy to say wasnt comfoirtable with it att all.

i took a trade last night on gbpusd and was down £400 and well i let it goes with my stops in place and hey presto,,,made just over £700

yes ,,,fluke but i will take it

one rule added,,,all trades must be closed by end of day trading,,,unless of course i have a trade on the daily time frame

im guessing here in saying your on m1 chart with h1 larger candles?

assuming so...

take the normal clive trade but only in same direction as the bigger candle

so if cci and 100lwma is long and your m1 candle is green for long,,,make sure the bigger h1 candle is green long too

trading with the bigger trend

I will have ago at answering you but a am sure someone will be able to make a better job of it than me, here goes.
You can only trade with the data you get, no matter who you trade with, if it was to far out of line I am sure the tech clever guys would find away to arbitrage them, the advantage or disadvantage depending from which side your on is this,
You can open a account with very little money
You pay in general more to trade, the trading costs are built into the spread
But its classed as GAMBLING so you do not pay any TAX on winning but alas you cannot offset anything back on your tax return if you lose

Yes larger candle is M30 (not H1), and I wait for the (M30) candle to close above or below the 100 LWMA channel and trade in the direction of the trend (color) provided CCI confirms or whatever oscillator you use before entry

how are you finding the method?

for me im finding the 100lwma a challenge cos its lagging being a moving average,,but then i guess im looking for the price reversal point rather then the abc of the abcd move

to help me with this i have a zigzag indicator plotting the HH and LL etc

I once had a mate who had a mate (alas they are both dead now) who could get a cracked copy of everything that came onto the market, paid data software e-books any thing and everything, anyway he ran all the back tests until he came up with the top 3 systems/methods what ever then when anything new came out he would back test that and if it did not get into is top 3 he would not trade it. I do not know how to back test anything but maybe a simple spreadsheet with different types of entries and exits all based on the same system would highlight something, just a thought

i do like to look up each time frame for the same move but over longer time to catch the bigger move

2 current trades on at 2040hrs uk time

market slow but there is movement

edited after posting picture
closed the gbpchf for 24 pip profit =£92
closed it half way thru the move on m30 chart,,,just had a feeling as price stalled so just said thankyou markets for the profit illjust do a runner now lol

just have to step away from the pc screen and not comfortable leaving the trade running unattended

stop are stillabove entry and if i moved them to a win win position there is a chance i would possibly get stopped out and break eveb

so i just banked £64.22 profit rather then nothing

so

so far today profit of £920.62
