DislikedI think we should encourage more talk about reputable brokers. If we don't then we simply allow brokers and banks to take what they want from our accounts. Banks and brokers have decided to be apart of this business so they need to take the appropriate risks and honor their stop losses. Why do we simply accept slippage?Ignored

DislikedYou should trade 1% of your account or in the ball park a smidgen more or less. Even if your stop loss wasn't honored or you had none at all, it would be a big hit but not an account killer. When you take a position in the market, you are at risk. Trade 1% and trade forever with no worries. Those who did not lose on this, you can safely learn from what happened here today. Acts of God and war will cause this as well.Ignored
Disliked{quote} It is obvious that you have no idea what you are talking about. It is clearly stated that one can lose more than their initial deposit in Fx if the spread widens beyond the SL. This is what happened today. Fx is an auction market. The price one is able to trade is the one where there is a bid or offer AND nowhere else. This explains why we accept slippage. Do you know the difference between a Dealer and a Broker? YOU need to action to protect your account as much as possible but being fully cognisant of all risks.Ignored
