Anyone else see a kinda warped reverse head and shoulders on the 1H charts? Or does head and shoulder only apply in longer term?

I can clearly see that trend has been broken and retested aiming for 0.8420.

I figured the same, should bounce up to around 84.20.. However volume is a lot less than I was expecting and tomorrow's employment data may spike up in that direction or maybe even push down. Bloody fundamentals always in my way! Anyone taking this in hopes the American session will trade it up?

Retest of daily breakout could bring a nice 500 or so pip drop to the 50 fib/61.8 fib/monthly support area confluence point around 7930ish

IMHO, even after the reversal. 0.8375 continue to become important resistance for AUDUSD. Downside supports of 0.8300, 0.8260 and 0.8220 are vital rests for the pair.

Any insight for tomorrow's unemployment figure? The market estimate of employment change of 15K may be hard for AU to achieve..

if unemployment is good wait for 20 pips max and then short it. If data is bad get straight into it: short of course. Target .8
Longer term target = .78

I think that the data will be chosen to affect the currency positively. so good news, even though it should actually be negative. There is nothing new on seeing the fed bank telling manipulating data to keep their currency under control. This year was a great example of it, especially for US dollar. for the ASU, Its just a way to find a balance and slow down the down trend. Its too early to hit 79 or 80. So, lets see it up to 84 or 84.5 once again at the news, than lets sell it. But since I am not a gambler I will wait the news to confirm, and will sell it after it moves 2000 pips up. anyone with me?

what is ASU? when you are talking about FED you mean RBA or actual US FED? I am totally confused by your post.

Regardless what you mean, you keep waiting for a 200 pip move up I will make some $$$ in the meantime instead.
