If after an advanced downtrend, with 5 waves, suddenly starts to increase volume, common sense tells me that either are closing positions, or are buying a lot, or both.

To an abnormal increase in volume, we can also ask What would the smart money here?
The answer you obtain is the interpretation of tick volume, coupled with other signals, will give clues to Have an opinion on what likely is the market do.

The main point i really take a consideration is "volume is the first thing that moves on the market".
Would you explain at your convenient time...about my conclution about volume :
1.when PA(candle have big movement) then there is volume increasing(up) .
2.When PA (candle have big and fast movement) after such big movement...then there is volume increasing too (up) for volume stop.
3.When PA didnt move big or usual) but volume increasing (up) ...then there sign of exhaust (sign for reversal)

UJ my personal comment...

I have condition to hold Short for UJ ...so i have play Hedging ( it would not happen if i follow the DSS set up correctly...so the problem is not the gun but the man behind the gun....)

I have hold for along days and my analysis will always based on my personal condition.

My strategy on hedge in based level analysis...120 level as BIG ROUND NUMBER for me (why because i have close the long side so i have floating loss on short on UJ....i will only buy for hedge above that level...What i want UJ will move down ( but i know its need time and right analysis too)....

And i will in-out along the level below 120 level to my short entry deep deep below 120 level......and probably take short from high level when i believe it come(might test 120 level again.....I will up date when it finish and settle.

On cased on UJ...now i just manage account until finish it.

Yes, yesterday I lost control. And do not see what the EURUSD, I dyed plans to take since last week, with crossing the 2-4 (timing) line, and I did not. It had plenty of insurance pips, because that rupture EURUSD, was already announcing nearly two weeks ago.

Summarizing not enough to master the technique, the psychological domain is superior.

I guess you played a trick, the upward force of the pair, so long as your fixing the integer (120,000).
Decided that this number was the key, and the market continued its course.
I also commit that mistake, fewer thankfully. But this is more than a struggle against the market that wants nothing of us, is a battle against ourselves.

And we are already with contingency plan...stop loss. when we got SL (Not Margin Call)...it mean we are wrong and market right. If the plan happen We are right when market right.

Anyway...120 level is true to used by market to trigger heavy short yesterday...xo xo xo. I lost my sense

Have you done a manual backtest? I think it's the best answer you to check it for yourself. And then if you have any questions, and I know the answer, I'll be happy to share everything I know, and discuss the time it takes. Learn all.

What i see based "let say' my feeling' "....for the rest this week :
Wednesday bull
Thursday bull but turning bear (short from the high)
Friday...totally bear
So...weekly will be BEAR....If not then Buy again from 120 level....what i played now is only above, below and between level .

Note: 14 december is the election day for japan...i dunno it will be the catalist or not...be prapared too.

Just my2cent.

Sorry for that...i never touch volume analysis...in regards for Sonics user volume and others...i would say that i dint used it because i dont have any knowledge about that...and not to under estimate that volume as Patron ever said its help and support to challenge our subjectivity.

Off course i have some brief read....lets by time goes and you share here...it will more clear then...learn from the best will take quick time , right...ha ha ha

I'll say the same as yesterday; Why? And you did not answer me.
If you think something is going to happen has to be about something.
Example: "Well I think so because the dollar .... because oil ... or because (and technical reasons, waves, S & R, chartists figures, projections or fibo retracements, etc ...)
In short, there must be a reason, whether technical, either essential (NEWS).
Are elections in Japan only, what makes you think so, or is there more?

Remember that an isolated signal is not worth me.
