Am up 150 pages of this thread. Pls can anybody confirm if the trading rule is still same as in post one or there have been changes to the method?

Glad to see some old face still here and basketting - I am basketing aswell also am doing some short timeframe scalping aswell.

I have split the basket now - it went through a slow patch and the yen pairs and usd pairs went their separate ways around august, decoupling their long held correlation. usd pairs and jpy pairs - also i like the indices basket of ftse dax us30 and us500.

What you said about USD and JPY is correct, that truly shows you are trading basket. I too I rearranged the pairs.

Does this mean that the original basket 14 pairs are no more working?

market has changed - 14 pair basket was heavily weighted to jpy pairs so when jpy pair go oneway and usd pairs go another way - you need to step back and cut your losing pairs

OOhh Yeah,

I have finished reading the thread though it was a daunting task but it was worth it. I am not new to forex as i have been a price action trader for some years now but i am completely new to using script and EA.

So my freinds, i will be needing some technical support if all dosnt go well setting up my charts. Thank you all

HELP HELP HELP
I just downloaded the files on page 2 and i applied the indicators and scripts on the expert indicator folder and script folder but none of the files is swowing on my plattform. Maybe the placing is not appropriate, pls i need help.

Hi Buddy Esosa,

The best way to get good help is to put up a picture screen short of your platform so people can see the state of your set up. Just screaming is not good enough. The thread is not as active as it used to be months ago that is a more reason you need to put up as much information as possible to get help. I don't trade the very model myself but trade the EA version of this thread. Even the thread owner now uses an EA to trade this model too as mentioned in a few posts back.

I like to drop in once in a while to see if there are any developments of Interest.

So all the best and I hope you make good progress on this thread and trading model but be warned, it is going to be a long rocky road!!

Thank you my friend. When reading through the thread i saw all your valuable contribution and its a good thing you do visit the thread.
I manage to place the Basketv6 to MQL/indicator folder and it did show. But then, i followed the instruction on how to create the offline chart by pulling up my gbpjpy pair chart and applied Basketv6 then went to open offline chart but i cant find #kos#14 15 as one of the pair.

What must be wrong? what should i do?

Magically the kos m15 appeared in the offline chart, but when opened it dosnt tick like normal chart. It just static, no price movement.

PLS anybody can help out

hi.

i am using ixoah for my trading EA, but i found a problem for myself, maybe you could help me...

if i would like to use an sl with the EA, and sl hit, EA reopens the order because of the previous bars.(the actual bar in ixoah not closed). can i prevent it to reopen this trade, and trade only with the next entry point?

Kosolo have been long gone from this thread though he stated back that ha lost intersest on forums. It will be good if comes around one of these days and drop the current setting of IXO or his entry criteria and exit so that the new comers can follow. Am not sure if he still uses HAS anymore.

Hi Esosa

Koss trades are now purely automated so it may not be of much help to you what his settings are. Yon just have to play around with the ixo and see what works for you to be honest.
