glad you made it on plus. we will never be full time traders. face it. I've already noticed that in this business it is better to teach others how to trade and sell them same bullshit as we were buying in the past. that's where the money in fx come from. people earn not on fx itself but on selling bullshit for people. That's why FX Factory owners earn on it, that's why brokers earn on it, that's why people sell webinars and earn on it. If one was good, would he bother about webinars? or would he just trade and earn money? this is all bullshit, it's just another type of lottery. only 1 in few millions wins.

I disagree totally I think you can earn a living with trading .My view is , as long as you have at least £50000 , the you can earn a decent wage , otherwise it’s quite difficult , very difficult to make it with less than that amount

no offence but if you cannot earn with 2.5k you won't earn with 50k.

One of my gamble trades did not pay off , and I have suffered a heavy loss
How can anyone raise the required amount to make it in this business, may I ask anybody ???? We small fish always get hit , when you trade with proper Money management , it will take you forever to get to $50K , if you try and raise the money through one off big trades , you get hit .I just don't know the solution.Maybe Trading isn't for us small fish

Either way , I was prepared for the loss .I will try again next time one big trade , risking about £200 to earn £ 1000

stop gambling. that's not the way. Try to go slower. start trading bigger time frames with expentancy of 1% a week - it's about 60% a year profit plus you'll get some big shot once a few months - which bank can give you that? (LLoyds pays me 0.55% for my ISA ;-)) you will get quarter of a million this way in ten years if you'll have patience and good method (and then 60% profit a year is a lot of money) - you have to earn it, there's no free lunches . in the meantime play with your systems on small amounts of money like 100 quid and try to master it, and once you master lower time frames you can add to your account.
That's my plan. Slowly forward. And in the meantime I will keep trying on 15m. some people can succeed in this game by getting 60% a month (less likely), others by getting 60% a year (more likely). Enjoy your life mate ;-) start doing some sport ;-) spend time with friends or relatives. money are important but If you'll get into health problems they won't compensate you lost health. ;-)
read a bit of Nial Fuller http://www.learntotradethemarket.com/ - not sure about his performance but great descriptions of PA and he suggests rather 4h and 1d than anything lower. It means you don't have to stare on screen whole days ;-)
also this bit helps, it's summary of James16: http://swing-trading-strategies.com/....tM9r9lYc.dpbs - unfortunatelly you need to klick like on fb or other social media to read it but it has some good summary of James16 method. Also read first few pages of James 16 thread. they are good as well. later on they moved to their private page, so others took over and they still post there.

stop gambling for fuck sake. it's not the way to get your money back.
I know 2 guys who within weeks lost lots of money on shares. It took them much longer to get it back. If you want to gamble try euromillions.

Do you know the word PATIENCE? If you don't have it, most likely you will lose your money. Most gamblers do. I could be wrong, you could be an exception.

sure, patience is great, but not necessarily the solution.
patience is like keeping your money in the bank, and waiting for it to grow and get you rich...and sure it is, it will, eventually, if you can wait just only about 12345 years!
but hey, given tafadzwa02's 2000 pound, and say a steady 20% gain would net him like 400 pounds, a rather nice return, one would think, especially in term of the bank's interest rates. this surely will shortcut his road to riches!
kind a wrong. even if he compound the mentioned 2000 pound by 20% a year for 10 years, and could in theory end up at nearly 13000...and even if for the example we even ignore that inflation exist in the meantime, and that feast of being 10 years that consistent would elevate him above just about 95% of money managers out there ( and just about as much chance as being a lucky gambler could be)....
the truth is he wont anywhere near to his target to be rich. and 10 years doing consistently the same is indeed would be being patient.
but the system as it is work by selling hope to the poor.
there is always, always another trade!!

yet you don't question that patiently growing an account, with the example "sustainable" 20% over 10 years, consistently...would be an achievement!
and pulling out even that, would do little to nothing to the problem that OP is not rich, and want to be within a near enough future to have enough left from his current lifetime to enjoy it too!

I don't have a problem with your post in general, or patience for that matter. Only begged to differ thinking that it might be the blanket solution that also apply to OP.

daily chart of EJ. You see pin bar going off 10 ema area. Besides formation of 3 last candles will be looking like pinocchio formation if It stays the way it is till close of bar. It will be signal to go still north. On the other hand my weekly chart goes back quite far and price have never been so high.

4h chart.
It is 4th bar attempting to go over 146.5 so it's quite stubborn to go north. If price moves above 146.5 it will be quite strong support imo.
At the moment I'd stay away it is 146.55 but it can be fake as well. for the night I will set order for entry at 146 area with 50 pips s/l at 1% risk and 100 pips tp

so pinocchio signal was right. It went up. I have set buy on 146.50 if price comes back to this point. I doubt it will, but I am looking for god trades not any trades and aim 1% profit a week which I already achieved for this week

I have learnt my lesson and i am drawing a line in sand --i will never gamble with forex again .only my signals moving forward from 19/11/2014.i have had enough !!!
